Situated in one of Lake Wisconsin’s most popular fishing spots, this property is a dream for anglers year-round. Enjoy coffee with the sunrise, cast a line from the shore, and unwind in the evening as moonlight dances on the water.

With deep water and mile-wide views, it’s easy to spend your days outdoors. Take a short walk or drive to local restaurants, explore the Great Sauk Bike Trail, or head to Devil’s Lake, Wisconsin Dells, and nearby golf or ski destinations like Devil’s Head and Cascade.

Thoughtfully designed for your stay.
This home features a bright, open layout, modern amenities, and comfortable spaces to gather or relax. The main level includes all bathrooms for convenience, while the loft provides additional sleeping space perfect for families or groups.

Please note before booking:

-There are stairs from the parking area to the home.
-All bathrooms are on the main level.
-Outdoor security cameras are located at the front and back of the property.
-While we do not allow pets, please note that this is our part-time residence and we have a dog. Those with severe allergies should consider this before booking.
-For safety and liability reasons, boats may not be docked overnight or left unattended.
-Both piers are removed mid-October through mid-May and stored on the property for winter.

Fantastic place to stay

This property is fantastic! My husband and I along with four kids (our 2 and they brought friends - ages 10 & 16) stayed here. It was comfortable, clean, has great indoor and outdoor areas and is in a good location. We spent time at the house, WI Dells and Devils Lake. The view is gorgeous.

Perfect stay!

This property was perfect for our groups trip to the dells. The accomodations exceeded all expectations. The property was clean, spacious, had plenty of sleeping space and living space, and the view was even more beautiful than the pictures. The owner was so friendly and accommodating, they even provided extra air beds for our large group. If we make another trip some time this will definitely stay again!

Wonderful location near Devil's Liake

This home was perfect. It had great views, its own dock on Lake Wisconsin and is very near the ferry crossing. You can easily walk to nearby food at the Ferry Xing Bar and Grill and Candy's Merrimac Cafe. Easy driving distance to Devil's Lake and multiple other parks. Highly recommend!

Can’t wait to go back!!

What a gem this VRBO is!! The cabin was so clean with cute updates! Our 5 girls loved the loft area for hanging out and sleeping. The lake view is absolutely gorgeous
from the house, the fire pit, or right on the dock! Exploring the area was fun too and we wish we had another day or two to explore more and stay in this quaint yet spacious home on the lake!! I truly would love to go back!

Beautiful view!

We recently stayed at this property for our 3 day ski trip. The house was very homey and inviting and only a 6 minute drive from Devil's Head. We loved the loft area upstairs for the kids as well! The kids had a blast playing upstairs while the adults made memories playing cards downstairs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to go skiing or just enjoys a beautiful view!

Better than a hotel!

Our Seniors have been fundraising since 7th grade to go on their Senior Class Trip. We were able to do more fun things because we saved money on hotel and eating out costs. Loved the view over the lake, fire pit, and "gaming" loft that slept 6+.

The Very Best for a Short Vacation

Our family only had 3 days to vacation together so our usual camping trip wasn't doable. We decided to stay at this lake house. Close to Devils Lake State Park. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure the site had absolutely everything we would need. The view of the lake in the morning was so peaceful and the fire pit gave us a bit of a camping trip. The highlight of the trip was my 8 year old grandson caught his first fish off the dock. Worth a million dollars! Thank you to our hosts who made our short trip perfect!!!

Wonderful getaway.

Great place for us! It was me and my wife with our 13-y.o. twins and a friend of theirs. House was nicely laid out, with big lift with plenty of sleeping space for the kids and included a game table, so they were able to do their thing be still be within earshot. House is right on the lake, perfect for sitting and having a beer with the stars above and the lake lapping at the shore. We went to the Dells water parks which were less than a half-hour away and hiking at magnificent Devils Lake, which was barely a twenty minute drive. Highly recommended. Will try to rent again when we’re headed up that way!

This Lakefront Retreat was amazing! Everything was supplied to us! Everything was extra clean. I communicated with Erin and she was wonderful and had quick responses. It is very family friendly and had amazing views. I would love to come back one day.

Hidden gem! Ideal girls’ getaway!

Beautiful, breathtaking view! The pictures don’t do it justice!! Cozy, yet roomy enough that everyone has their own space! Erin has thought of everything, down to the smallest detail! It actually felt very luxurious staying here! Erin was a very attentive host. We loved being here and would highly recommend it to others! We’re hoping to be back again!

Amazing lakefront getaway!

Hosts were wonderful! Kind, accommodating, and very responsive! The house was well equipped for cooking and grilling, tons of fun lake toys to use and an awesome outdoor setup. Everything you need for a relaxing lakeside getaway! 10/10 would stay again!

The property was great for the seven of us, and the lake access allowed the use of kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes. The dock was higher than expected, but we were able to lower boats manually as needed. The open layout was great for movie watching and relaxing. The loft was perfect for three teenagers hanging out. I did end up placing two concrete blocks at the screen door exit to accommodate my elderly mother since the step is very steep, but that worked great. The location was perfect, and overall an excellent place to stay.

Great place for getaway

What a great place. Perfect for any size family with the multiple bed loft. Amazing views and a park with a playground just 1 lot over. Hosts so helpful and kind, you can tell the was thoughtfully fixed up, many details and features that show they care. 5 stars!

We are a busy family of 4 from the Madison area. Our kids are avid hockey players among other sports but love boating, tubing and fishing too. Merrimac is a very special place to our family. Erin lived in Merrimac when she was young and has many close family members that still live there. Definitely a hidden gem that we are excited to share with others.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We weren't really in the market for a lake home when we toured this property but fell in love with it the minute we walked through the front door. Our family enjoys using it year round for boating, fishing and swimming in the summer and ice fishing, ice skating and ice hockey in the winter. The views are just simply amazing any time of year. It is not uncommon to see eagles soaring overhead and fish jumping out of the water. We have been told one of the best fishing spots on the lake is right off our dock. Due to our busy schedules and kid's sports we can't always enjoy it as much as we would like to which is why we have now made it available on VRBO. This place is just simply too amazing not to share with others.

The location is great. Just steps away from a Merrimac Memorial Park, across the street from the baseball field and walking distance to the best ice cream shop on the lake and the Merrimac Ferry. Just 5 minutes to Devil's Head & Devil's Lake and 20 minutes to Cascade Mountain. 30 minutes to the Dells.
