ILIKAI BUILDING NOTICE (Updated March, 2026)
Spalling repairs and full exterior painting are currently underway at the building.
Please be advised that balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 3) is expected to be restricted from approximately May 2026 through August 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). The exact timeline will be confirmed by the building in May after inspections are completed. These dates are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen delays. Please also note that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of the project.

Great view of marina and beaches. You can also see the city lights at night too. Truly amazing. Even my younger kids were amazed by view.Great location too. Shops, restaurants, and activities right around corner.

Our New Favorite Place to Stay!

We are not strangers to the islands, but have always stayed in hotels... not anymore! This place is gorgeous with its surrounding ocean views and what feels like your own private showing of the Friday fireworks from the marina. Centrally located within short distances to shopping and eateries even made our teen stay off his phone. The place is spotless and we can't wait to return.

This place has a spectacular view. It’s close to a lot of stuff. It’s in the Illikai Hotel. The living space and balcony are great. This place is not for kids. It is quite dated inside but we knew that from reviews.

Penthouse unit facing the lagoon/harbor. Amazing sunsets. We were sad that the fireworks haven’t returned. But we enjoyed the stay very much so.

Great condo with amazing views!

This condo was just as advertised! The deck and views are amazing! It was clean and just as pictured. The property management company was very responsive and got us what we needed when requested. The only issue we had was the blinds in both bedrooms so not open and close but I believe they are in the process of repairing those. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

This historic building and penthouse apartment is well maintained and updated. The layout is great for 4 persons. Good furniture and kitchen necessities. Good working quiet A/C in each room Excellent location on South end of Waikiki. Surrounded by great places for food and drinks and the Ilikai has a bar on the patio and another on the top floor.
