Your Friend at the Beach presents one of its newest pool front condos, Adagio G304. Three bedrooms, three baths overlooking the 8,000 square foot pool, Adagio G304 is designer-decorated and freshly painted to make it one of the most upscale pool front condos at Adagio. Recently updated with all new luxury tile flooring throughout!
The living room has been updated with new comfortable furnishings so you can enjoy the view and also the large flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors lead to an oversized balcony with upscale outdoor furnishings .
The dining room tables seats six and there are four barstools for extra seating at the granite countertop.
Adagio G304's kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook your family's vacation meals - from a crockpot to shrimp boil pot plus plenty of dishware, silverware and bakeware. All of Your Friend at the Beach's Adagio condos has a stand alone ICEMAKER.
The kitchen also comes stocked with dishwashing liquid, dishwashing detergent, hand soap and plenty of dishtowels.
The bedroom has our most popular bedding arrangement:
Master bedroom with king size bed and private master bathroom. Sliding glass doors to the oversized balcony and large flat screen TV.
Second bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV and adjoining private bathroom.
Third bathroom with two full size beds, flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom which also opens to the hall.
Bonus bunk room just off of the kitchen with doors for privacy.
All our beds have 100% cotton sheets. Each bedroom has bedside phone chargers. Plenty of hangers in the closets, too!
The bathrooms all have a generous supply of 100% cotton towels, shower soaps, hand soaps and starter supply of paper goods (two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom).
Parking for two vehicles only (limit of eight people per condo per HOA rules). HOA rules allow a third vehicle for a small fee payable. YFAB includes two bike rentals for your stay.
On-site gym, open 7 am to 10 pm. Spacious hot tub subject to privacy hours (no entry after 10 PM)
Renters must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups.

Beach chair service is available (March - October) but is not included in rental rate. You may bring your own chairs and umbrellas.
There are two pools available at Adagio. The gulf front pool (heated in the cooler months) and the 8000 square foot tri-level pools just outside G304.
Beach chair service is available but not included. We recommend you call the beach chair service as soon as you reserve your condo with Your Friend at the Beach to get the best spot on the beach. YFAB does includes two free (adult) bike rentals for the week. You can pick them up on site - and get others there if you need them!
RESTRICTIONS:
No trailers, boats, jet skis, golf carts or RV's, propane tanks or cookers are not permitted, there are four gas grills provided at Adagio.
Please no tents or canopies permitted on the beach per HOA. Also per HOA, guests are not permitted to bring pets. NO smoking.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
A $199 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations.
All bookings made on VRBO will incur a traveler fee billed by Homeaway which will show as a separate charge.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express.
Check-in is 4 PM, Check-out is 10 AM.
