BED & BATH
This single-story home sleeps up to four guests between a full-size bed in the bedroom and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
One bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, while the other holds a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
In the evening, dine alfresco and take in tranquil canal views at the four-person outdoor table on the back porch.
Keep your boat at the private dock, located just off the porch. After fun-filled beach days, rinse off at the convenient outdoor shower.
Soak up the sun by the outdoor community pool or take a dip in the heated indoor saltwater pool. Both are open year-round.
A required resort fee of $90 is payable at the on-site office upon arrival. This fee covers parking passes as well as access to the community amenities, which include an indoor heated saltwater pool, an outdoor pool, a basketball court, tennis court, and gym.
There is also an on-site golf course (which requires a separate fee) as well as an on-site restaurant -- The Signature Grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
