What a fantastic house! It is absolutely stunning. It was a great place to make awesome memories. There were 17 of us and there was plenty of room and plenty of things to keep everyone entertained. Communication with Rebecca was fantastic, she responded within minutes. The kitchen is a dream, so well stocked and room for a few people to share the space. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent property with very nice upscale furnishings. Everything is as advertised and looks brand new. Bottom level is the multimedia room and game room. 2nd (mid) level has 6 bedrooms and the top floor has 3 bedrooms. All smart TVs in every room, kitchen has everything you could need. Plenty of room in the combined dining/living space for large gatherings. Would live to come back again.

We all had a beautiful time. The home was in pristine condition and all the furnishings were new and state of the art. All was provide and we needed nothing except our meals. We loved the home and hope to stay again!

Wow, this place is an 11 out of 10! Perfect on every way for our family reunion (13 adults, 13 kids ages 3-17). My wife and I both have large extended families so we have been part of a lot of these reunions and this one topped them all, in large part because of this property. I must have heard about 50 times how much everyone loved the house. 100% guarantee you will not regret booking this place. The layout/design the best I have seen. All the rooms have their own bathrooms and are spacious. Great attention to all the little details (everything labeled, instructions everywhere, etc). Owners/Hosts were super responsive and friendly.The common amenities are incredible: pool w/ toys, hot tub, 2 grills, fire pit, expansive decks with ocean views, 3 fridges, 2 dishwashers, double laundry, 14 TVs, theater room, super fun game/rec room, elevator, ice cold AC, large grass area in front, ample parking). Super close to a pristine, wide, and not crowded beach with perfect waves. Close shopping to the north and south but super quiet neighborhood.

Awesome Stay in OBX

This was our families first time visiting the Outer Banks. This property was beautiful and clean. Also had everything we needed. Being off season the weather wasn’t perfect everyday, so having a nice comfortable house was really important. Would totally recommend!

Family Gathering

We had a group of 7 families with 21 people overall and this was by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. There was plenty of room and opportunities to chill. The closeness of the beach and having a pool on site was awesome. The kitchen with 2 fridges and dishwashers was a big plus. I don’t think anyone had a single thing bad to say about the place and almost everyone stated they would like to come back again.

House was great. Property manager was super responsive and addresses anything in timely fashion. Sunrise over the ocean and sunrise over the sound views from the 3rd floor great room, what’s not to like! It was awesome he pool was shaded most of the afternoon due to orientations we spent morning at the beach, afternoons at the pool and nights back on the beach

Thank-you for the 4 stars! Wish you had contacted us during your stay. We are very sorry the pool & hot tub were not maintained to your satisfaction. This is a rare occurrence, but when it happens the pool and spa service is typically at the house same day the guest notifies us. We are accustomed to this house receiving 5 star reviews, and will continue to work hard to keep that standard.

Wedding weekend

My niece got married and my family stayed at this property. It was amazing. The whole family enjoyed the pool and walking to the beach. The grocery store, which we visited frequently, was within a 7 minute drive. The elevator was a great bonus. Rebecca was an amazing host. She responded to my questions promptly. We had a great time and we will be returning.

OMG …. WOW

The house had everything you could possibly need. We were 15 adults and one toddler. The huge common area was fabulous for preparing our meals, or just share a cocktail or a cup of coffee. We absolutely loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The pool area had plenty of seating for everyone , both in the sun or in the shade. Two BBQ’s , three refrigerators , two dishwashers , two washer dryers. Owner kept in contact all week.

Extraordinary Corolla vacation

Our family of 16 (8 adults and 8 kids) enjoyed every minute at this OBX paradise. Magnificent new home with lots of King beds, and all bedrooms had their own private bath. We spent lots of evenings playing games around the 2 large dining room tables. Large pool with tiki bar area, huge kitchen, 2 washers and 2 dryers, 3 full refrigerators. Two grills and elevator. They didn't miss a thing. The owner had excellent communication and quickly responded to questions. We made memories we will cherish!
