perfect getaway

We had a family gathering nearby, and Tony's house was perfect. The location, the comfortable and spotless home as well as the beautiful property and amenities were perfect. Tony is the best host!

Fun week

We had a great time at this place. The pool was fun and the yard was great. Kids had a blast! We didn’t really have to leave the property.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Tony’s property. House is close to everything in Newport. Beautiful backyard, we loved hanging out by the pool. Outdoor shower is great. Tony texted us throughout our stay to ensure we were doing okay. Would recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area.

Great Stay! Amazing place!

Stayed here with a group of friends to get together for a relaxing stay. We had a great time and loved this spot. The pool and outdoor shower were amazing. A great place to spend time. We had one rainy day and we’re able to spend it at the Newport winery which is only a 5 minute drive away. Definitely would recommend!!! 10 stars!

Excellent vacation!

Tony is an amazing host! Very helpful. House is in a perfect location for easy access to beaches and downtown Newport! The pool was an added bonus for our large, extended family with many different ages.

Our three generational family had a wonderful time at this lovely home in Middletown. The clean and well furnished house was perfect for our family, with a beautiful pool, shady outdoor eating table and cozy sitting area. There was also a large backyard and garden that our family used for an all generational baseball game. The kitchen opened conveniently onto this area and the dining room table indoors had ample seating for all. Tony was the best of hosts, and answered every question immediately. We will hope to stay again here next year.

Perfect Newport Getaway!

Our stay at Tony’s place was absolutely wonderful! The location was great - super short trip to the beautiful beaches, mansions and Cliff Walk (must-do’s while in Newport) and the heart of town (Thames Street, etc.) with its amazing restaurants, shops and bars. The house itself was spacious, charming and perfect for our group. We loved spending our days relaxing by the pool, grilling on the patio, and enjoying the beautiful outdoor space. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Newport. Tony was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. His quick responses and genuine care made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this house and host to anyone looking for a memorable Newport vacation!

Time to relax

Our large, multigenerational family stayed here and had a super fun time! Tony was very responsive, proactive, and helpful with our questions, from pre-booking through the last day of our stay. The location is close to Newport and amenities, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We could go into the city during the day, then retire back to the house for a pool party and grilled dinner in the evenings. The kids loved the basement play room, and we all fully enjoyed and took advantage of the pool and roasting s’mores in the backyard. We were there for 4 days but could easily have spent a full week just relaxing around the property! Definitely recommend for multi-family groups.

Great rental property; highly recommended

Our party of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids) enjoyed staying at this property, which is centrally located with easy access to everything we needed (beaches, shopping, restaurants, Newport). The house itself was very clean and well-equipped with comfortable furniture/beds, essential kitchen supplies, new beach and pool chairs/umbrellas/grill, and abundant towels. We spent much of our time outside enjoying the peaceful and private pool area (including an outstanding, brand new outdoor shower) and large backyard (with fire pit). Owner Tony’s attention to detail and investment in the property was evident at every turn and very much appreciated, and he was accessible without being invasive. We would recommend this rental to our friends and family.

This property exceeded our expectations for a family vacation !!

The owner was extremely helpful making sure we had everything we needed ! He even got us the name of a professional photographer for the beach photos. Easy access to the beaches and grocery stores. The pool was amazing. The entire family were in and out of the pool from morning until night. Music and dancing on the patio. S’Mores by the fire pit at night and board games for the one rainy day. Many wonderful memories were made ! Oh and air conditioning for a very hot week was a plus. We loved this rental and you will too. 12 of us !! Thank you Toni

We had the most wonderful stay at this home – it truly exceeded our expectations. The house itself is incredibly cozy and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The heated pool was absolutely fabulous and became the heart of our days. The backyard was perfect for both play and relaxation – the kids loved swimming while the adults enjoyed sitting on the patio, chatting, and joining in the fun.Tony was such a terrific host and provided many local recommendations, all of which were spot-on. A special shoutout to Aquidneck Meats – we picked up steaks one night and burgers another, and grilling out in the backyard made for some of our favorite memories.Evenings were just as special as the days. After dinner, once the children were tucked in, we would gather around the private fire pit area, beautifully landscaped and tucked away, to enjoy a fire under the stars. The landscaping throughout the property is truly next level – it’s clear this is a much-loved and carefully cared-for home, designed to be both welcoming and beautiful.We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already dreaming of our next stay. Highly recommend this gem!

Perfect family getaway

This house was awesome. I was a little nervous booking because we were first to rent this home. Tony, the host, was amazing from day one. Great communication and he has really put so much work into making this home the perfect vacation experience. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, laundry cleaning supplies, beach chairs etc… made it super easy for our family. You are very close (less than 10 minutes) to beautiful beaches, downtown Newport mansions. The house was very clean and the backyard was an absolute oasis. We used the pool a ton. The backyard is completely redone with beautiful flowers, fire pit, outdoor shower and deck/patio. I highly recommend this rental you won’t regret it!

Family get away

Our family really enjoyed celebrating my moms 90th birthday in this home. We've never rented a house with a pool and everyone found it quite fun to swim not only during the day but in the evenings too. The house was spacious, nicely decorated and well maintained. We did experience a plumbing issue but the owner Tony promptly fixed it. The basement sleeping area was a decent size but lacking a bathroom or closet/drawers for clothes.
