La Concha 1 – a beachfront experience!

We are proud to represent this beautiful beachfront condo located on the ground floor, 1 level condo, that is ideal for a small family wishing to be right on the beach for their vacation getaway.

This beachfront condo in Belleair Beach is spacious and offers an open floor plan. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it sleeps a total of 4 guests.

The Primary bedroom features a comfortable King bed with large closets and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds. There is a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Enjoy the comforts of home in this place!

The dining area comfortably accommodates 6 guests. We have a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and everything you would need for your family breakfast or dinner. All while taking in the beautiful views and scenery of the Gulf of Mexico.

Experience your best vacation at our beautiful condo that is spacious with over 1300 sq ft. to relax throughout the day or night.

The community features a beachfront shared pool, BBQ grill area to use anytime. The beautiful landscaped community offers tropical plants and foliage to enjoy during a morning walk. This is all very private and is a quiet residential area.

This is a perfect location in a nice, quiet and secluded area - while still being close to all of the best attractions and restaurants that Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach has to offer.

No pets allowed in this property, no exceptions!
This is a small, quiet residential community so no loud parties are allowed.
The pool is heated during cooler months.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Perfect Beach getaway

We traveled with our 2 and 3 year old kids and it was the perfect beach getaway. Between the pool and the beach we were always entertained, and it’s a plus to have the perfect sunset view every night. We can’t wait to go back.

The open floor plan kitchen, dining room and living room look out on the swimming pool, and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. This ground floor unit makes going to the beach so easy. And with just eight units sharing the pool, it is never too busy to enjoy. There are seven steps up from the parking lot to this ground floor unit, and just two steps down to the patio, pool and beach. It is a quiet area, not meant for a party crowd, but has plenty to do in the area, with Clearwater Beach just down the road and over the bridge to the north, and Indian Rocks Beach to the south.

Beautiful Gulf-front Condo With Heated Pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our favorite "home away from home." We have been staying in this gorgeous condo for about seven years now. It is in Belleair Beach, which is a beautiful, quiet area, tucked in between Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach. If you are mobility challenged, please be aware that due to the hurricane that took out part of the beach in 2023, lots of new beautiful white sand was brought in to replenish the beach and protect the properties, and a sand dune was placed along the length of the beach, which you need to go over to get to the Gulf. I thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the beautiful, heated pool, looking up at the palm trees and the many birds flying overhead. We are already looking forward to our return next year.

A few things to mention - this was first time we stayed here with the new management.The grill on the property is electric, not charcoal as we were told. The flyer posted on refrigerator says no charcoal or gas grills allowed in complex so mgmnt should have known that. The vertical blinds in LR need replacing, slats fell off every time we opened or closed them. We texted mgr to tell them about it. Location is perfect and unit was very clean.

Best girls trip ever

The rental looks just like the pictures. The location is great - about halfway between Clearwater and Madeira beach - close enough to visit but far enough away from the crowds if you just want to relax. Allison, our check in manager, texted about a week before our arrival with info and offered restaurant recommendations. The property was clean and well maintained and the condo was roomy and well stocked with towels and dishes. We discovered the dryer wasn’t working after washing our first load of laundry. No problem. I texted Allison and she immediately offered to send someone to take our clothes to the laundromat to dry them until it could be replaced 2 days later. The ocean and sunsets are wonderful no matter where you stay along the gulf but the experience we had with Beach Time Rentals at this property made it one of our favorite trips. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Excellent location and condo

The condo was excellent for the price, just steps from the pool and the beach. Beach was extremely quiet and felt very secluded, but close enough to Indian Rocks or Clearwater for meals or activities.

Calm and pleasant

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely clean and roomy and well supplied. I was a little sad that our view was obstructed by the bushes for the sunset but it didn’t stop us from still enjoying our stay.

Wonderful place

We loved staying in this condo. It is ground level, so we just stepped out into the pool and beach. We fished every day from shore. We ate all our meals at the table outside. We just loved the convenience of being on the ground level and still have amazing views.

We love this location. The condo has everything you would need for a vacation at the beach. It is very comfortable and the view is amazing. We really enjoy staying here and will come back. I feel there are a few things that need improvement such as the patio furniture which is rusty and has sharp edges and the master bathroom was not very clean. But overall it was great!

Better than expected! Amazing!

We arrived to be blown away by this condo! Amazing! We fell in love. Communication was immediate with Will. We didn't have any problems. We plan on returning. The beach was so close and not crowded. We were in true paradise!
