Welcome to Paradise! Navarre Beach is known as Florida's most relaxing beach and this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Beach Colony Resort can be your slice of Heaven. Enjoy some of the best views on the beach from this gorgeous, East Tower, 5th floor space. Beach Colony offers resort-style amenities and features, including the largest pool on the island, charcoal BBQ grills, tennis courts, a community room and fitness center as well as private beach access. From the spacious, curved balcony you have a great vantage point out to the Navarre Pier, the Gulf's longest, on your East and to the West, amazing Sunsets and it is accessible from both the main living area and the master bedroom.

Amazing location and beautiful home! The host was always fast with response and everything we needed was there! The view from the patio is incredible! The pool is huge and so refreshing after being down at the beach all day! Spend the money to stay here it is sooooo worth it!

This was a beautiful rental. The pictures were exactly as shown. The unit is on the 5th floor and very easy to access. Everything was very clean. The entire place was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony was outstanding and we spent tons of time on it. We had some cloudy/rainy days and sitting out on the balcony was the perfect way to relax. You can see the pier from the balcony and we saw dolphins everyday. Michelle was a wonderful host. The process from booking to departure was smooth and simple. We highly recommend this rental. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

The place was beautiful but the balcony is a bit disappointing. In the photos it looks much larger and your view is obstructed by the building. You can see great in front of you but when you look to the side the buildings block any view. No sunset or sunrise visible. Also, the way the units are constructed you can see when your neighbors are out and they can see you. There isn't a lot of privacy. Also, the chair vendors are tough. They take up almost all the beach at 5 am. There's about 30 yards between vendors that is open but other than that it's vendor chairs from the water to the back.

Regarding the beach chair setup, the chair service is independently operated and not managed by our property. Their daily placement and reserved areas are established by the beach service in accordance with local regulations and are outside of our control. This was one of the nicest condos I’ve ever rented. It was clean with high quality furniture. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of supplies for the beach. The entire facility is well maintained with easy access to the beach. I would certainly rent it again.

We LOVED our stay here! This condo feels more spacious than other condos we've rented. Loved the tasteful decor and the fabulous balcony! We had one minor issue with the new ice maker, and the owner responded very quickly with a solution ... even following up after his initial visit to make sure all was well. Thanks so much for a great place for my sisters and I to have a much needed time away together!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! We have stayed at several units at beach colony over the past 10 years and we have always absolutely loved our time! This specific condo was not the same. We had a number of issues at this property. Sliding balcony doors not working and very dirty. Window in the master bathroom wouldn’t close properly, master bathroom shower dirty and tiles broken, someone painted over all the dirt on the air filter and appeared it hadn’t been changed in many many months, we were all sneezing the whole time. Looked like black mold by the back sliding door. The bench in the dining room was broken and the chairs at the dining table were very wobbly. Closet door broken. The oven wasn’t attached properly to the cabinets and pulled out any time you went to open or close it. The ice maker, while a nice touch, was very loud and noisy. So many many things. And like other reviewers mentioned in the past, this unit has sort of an obstructed view of the beach. There’s a building right next to you and while we’ve been able to see sunrises and sunsets in other units, this one you couldn’t see either due to the location of the unit. I did contact the host and while they did send someone to address a few of the issues, what we paid was definitely not worth the hassle, aggregation, and general uncleanliness of this property. Would definitely not recommend and will be staying with another property management company in the future as this was definitely a let down.

We take all guest concerns seriously, which is why we responded promptly when you contacted us during your stay and sent maintenance to address the items you reported. After thoroughly inspecting the property, we were unable to verify many of the conditions described in this review. The condo is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival, and several of the claims—including allegations of mold, excessive dirt, and numerous broken furnishings—were not supported by our inspection or maintenance findings. Additionally, the HVAC filter was inspected and serviced according to our maintenance schedule. As for the view, the listing photos accurately depict the location and perspective from the unit, allowing guests to make an informed decision before booking. We understand that every guest’s experience is subjective, but we believe this review does not accurately reflect the condition of the property or the efforts our team made to address concerns during the stay. We remain committed to providing excellent accommodations and encourage future guests to consider the many positive experiences shared by others who have stayed with us.

Beautiful condo with a great balcony. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins every morning. The condo is well stocked including full size washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs, and an ice maker. We spent plenty of relaxing time on the beach during our four night stay, and it was just what we needed. Andy D’s and the Pier Bar are within walking distance. Andy D’s has a great grouper sandwich btw.
