Our area was hit by two Hurricanes, Ian and Nicole in the fall of 2022. The Sanibel building was inspected and deemed safe by the engineers, however, the pool & hot tub remain closed at this time while a new sea wall is being rebuilt. The Beach is still easily accessible via a public beach ramp located right outside of the underground garage doors. Please note discounted summer rates due to loss of pool/hottub so book now and Save!

There is secured entrance to building as well as secured underground parking for one car.
