Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from this 7th floor unit (not too high or too low). This Gulf-front unit (not a coastline unit) has the perfect view of the beach and Gulf waters. This unit has been completely renovated with a walk-in shower and in-unit washer/dryer. Also included is a 55' tv and a large 22.8 cu ft refrigerator. Additionally, the guest will have use of two (2) beach chairs (refer to photo #6).

What an incredible view

Wow, we have been coming here for years, this condo is incredible. Great view and decorated very well. Walkin shower was great, and the washer/dryer were very convenient.

Great location and overall great place! Patio overlooking Beach is perfect with nice high top table and 2 stools. Room very clean and everything as advertised. 2 Beach chairs are a great benefit. Loved it- will stay here again in future.

Supreme Stay

What an amazing view! Loved it so much, will definitely come back! Patrick, the owner checked on us and gave great recommendations on local eateries and things to do. The unit also provided beach chairs which came in handy. The SunDestin charges 45 bucks for a full day use. The SunDestin is overall clean and good drink specials at the bistro bar. Overall a fantastic place!

Anniversary Vacation

Nice one bedroom condo unit on the 7th floor of Sun Destin Resort. Perfect view with great ocean sounds. Extremely easy access to the beach - literally feet away from the resort. Beautiful white sand beach. Third party firm that rents the beach chairs/umbrellas did a great job each day, and if you are willing to pay for it is a good alternative - suggest reserving them early if you want on the front row. The condo unit was comfortable with good amenities. Easy travel access to restaurants, shopping, groceries, tourist activities, etc. Several contacts with the owner, Patrick, and he was as nice and amenable person as you will find.

Great getaway

Only negative... the sofa in the living area win the all time award for most uncomfortable ever! Couldn’t imagine sleeping on it... we couldn’t even sit for a few minutes to watch the news... needs attention badly....

Firstly, please note that this building is being renovated and the pools were both closed when we went around Christmas 2025The location and views were absolutely gorgeous. Sunsets were spectacular. Beautiful white sand beach right in front of the condo. The building is close to major stores. On the other hand, we were very disappointed with the inaccuracy of the listing. Nowhere was it mentioned that this place was being renovated. The first night when we went to the 7th floor to find our room, it was pretty scary since we had no idea there was construction on the floor. The unit itself was ok. Certainly feels a little dated with some hasty renovation work having been done. The views made up for the average rooms. During daytime, there was loud construction noise including drilling. (good luck trying to nap in the afternoon ). I had picked this resort over another also because of the mention of two pools including an indoor pool. Well the pools were closed and no mention of this either in the listing. There were little things like an empty bottle of hand soap, no shampoo or conditioner bottles. We regularly use VRBO and this is the first time I have written a negative review. I want to make sure others are aware that the listing is inaccurate and misleading. To be honest, I feel like I should not have picked this place. I hope the property manager updates the listing so people can make an informed decision.

Fun place.

The unit and building are nice and comfortable. A few bumps and bruises but overall nice. It has a great view and a super location and a fun place to go. We would do it again.

Great Views, Clean and OH SO COMFORTABLE! Seating, Outstanding Host!

We selected this unit specifically for the seating! Their patio Adirondack chairs are so comfortable you can sit and enjoy the view for hours. They are bar style with elevated height, so you can easily see over the ledge for unobstructed views! Even the interior seating was comfortable. Unit was clean, amenities and staff in building are great! And the host is THE BEST!! He answered my phone calls directly, and even went above and beyond to assist when we realized we left something behind. I would highly recommend to all!

Great 6 year Anniversary and birthday weekend get away

We had a wonderful stay. This one bedroom condo balcony overlooks the pool and the beach. The condo was clean and exactly what we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. Sitting on the balcony listening to the sound of the waves hitting the beach was just what we needed. Would definitely recommend!
