Lovely Lakeside Retreat

Newly renovated beautiful home in the heart of Lakeside. Walking distance to Lakeside social district and just a few minute drive to Pere Marquette beach, this house is the perfect place to call your home away from home for the whole family! Whether you are here for a few days or a week you’ll enjoy every minute in this charming location.

The property is a stand alone home with a long drive way that can accommodate three vehicles, one behind the other. There is also street parking, however, street parking is regulated in the Winter due to snow removal.

There is a fenced in back yard for your furry family members. The backyard is set up for a Summer evening, fire-pit, propane grill and lounging chairs. Please respect our neighbors by respecting our quiet hours.

Inside the home you will find a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dining table can fit four comfortably and six if you really like each other :).

The main level of the home includes the living space with a 55 inch smart tv, all applications are loaded on the tv, you just need to login to your accounts. The master bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds (we have provided some children's books for your littles). The powder room is located on the main floor as well.

Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and an office space for our nomadic friends. The office is well equipped with fiction and non fiction books. Feel free to take a book and leave a book if you find yourself hooked and out of time to finish one.

The laundry and "dog shower" is in the basement. Please use the basement shower for your pups.

Please note: The home is not on the lake, nor does it have a beach access or view of the lake. We are located in the neighborhood of Lakeside.
