End of summer mini vacation

Location was out of the way from main craziness that comes with ocmd which we really liked. Pasting and James made you feel right at home and were the nicest friendliest people you could meet. Thank you for sharing your place with us. Hope to see you two again over another summer vacation.

Great experience

Everything about this stay was exceptional, to the ease of booking, the actual property and attention from the host. Incredible easy to talk to and very accommodating. Can't recommend enough and we'll be booking with them again on our next trip to the ocean. Very conveniently located and private. Accommodations were clean and as advertised. Definitely 10/10

Fantastic spot in berlin close to everything

We had the most perfect stay. The location is ideal and the hosts are wonderful. Only 5 minutes to beautiful downtown berlin and 15 minutes to ocean city. Such a perfect dog friendly spot

Nice quiet retreat

This property provided for all our lodging needs included some area for us to walk our dog around the property. 10 minutes gets you to Assateague island or to pickup a pizza for supper. Very convenient and quiet surroundings.

Clean, Quiet, & Friendly

Very nice little place with almost everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were there to greet us and responded to questions quickly. The property is right next door to the hosts but we were never bothered or inconvenienced. The only things that could make it perfect is a washer/dryer on site, some hooks and coat hangers to hang clothing and towels, and a quieter ceiling fan in the primary bedroom. Overall, one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in! A+

Perfect fit for our family

This was just what we needed to get away for a long weekend. Great location in between Assateague and the Ocean City boardwalk. Very clean and quiet place.

Perfection!

My family always vacations at Assateague. This is the perfect location. 10 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from Downtown Berlin. The hosts were amazing, the house was quiet, clean, and the yard was big for our dog. Thank you so much for your hospitality Pastina and James!

The host is very kind, helpful and responsive The bungalow is very clean and has what you need in the kitchen. The primary bedroom bed is a full size. The bathroom is very small, clean and new. Overall, it was on the smaller side with our three guests and 2 dogs. There is room for dogs to run around in the huge yard. It is a cozy place to return to after a day.at Assateague, which is a 10 min drive. Berlin is a 6 minute drive, and is an adorable, quirky, quaint town with fantastic food and shops and a farmers market on Sundays in summer. Overall it is a good value, pet friendly, clean and conveniently located bungalow.

Stayed 2 very peaceful nights at this very clean and well furnished home. We found the beds nicely firm. There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine.

Clean, quiet space

The neighborhood was pleasant, the location was back from the street and very quiet. There was plenty of parking and room to walk my dogs. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The interior was clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy little home

Mrs Pastina was great in welcoming us to her home and recommended several places in the area to eat and visit. The home was super clean and pet friendly . the area was quiet and super convenient to get to everything 10 minutes to Assateague beach/park to see the wild horses and we seen plenty of them, and only about 15 minutes to ocean city beach and boardwalk. Also don’t see the city of Berlin there is plenty of restaurants and antiques shops . I will definitely be back and if you are considering this place give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Everything was perfect! Hosts were friendly and took time to learn who we were, very kind and asked for feedback! Rental was clean and as expected- served our needs for a place to sleep and house our dogs while visiting the beach!

Welcoming

This was a great location for our family as we wanted to explore both Assateague Island and Ocean City. Accommodations were extremely welcoming and comfortable! Our entire family enjoyed our stay. We had a great hostess who made the experience all the more enjoyable.

The house was NOT ten minutes from the beach. The mattresses were rock hard. There was an abundance of ants. The bathroom was NOT user friendly. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Cozy and Comfortable

Perfect little cottage for us. Great distance to the island and had everything we needed. Was so great not to need to haul linens and paper goods. Super easy check in and overall great stay. Will definitely be staying again!
