The Space:
1. Master bedroom with brand new bathroom. Two queens with a loft style. Fully enclosed by walls. However wall to the living room does not go all the way up to the celling. Loft style
2. The loft is accessible via ladder through the Den. The loft has two twins and only a four foot clearance. The loft looks directly over the den.
3. The den is not completely closed off. The bedroom is private unless people are coming and going from the condo. The den has 1 queen and is on the inner side so very quiet
Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find it comfortable. It is up to each group to decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.
Being in the heart of downtown there is a potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.
We have a new couch not pictured but is the same style just a darker color.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking.
