THE SUNSHINE CHALET - Arrive via the U-shaped driveway within Castle Glen Estates. Around back, an 85 foot deck offers 19 pieces of furniture to enjoy under the all-day-sun! Including a Weber BBQ, dining table for 6 and an abundance of cushioned seating. An outdoor hot tub on the lower level and a sauna offer a soothing end to a long day on the slopes and trails. Further down the yard a fire pit with seating for 6 invites you to enjoy s'mores while gazing for the big dipper!

The big, bright and fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, a kitchen island with seating for 4 and an oversized fridge/freezer with an ice maker.

The outstanding entertainment room boasts a oversized, U-shaped sectional surrounding a 75" flatscreen TV. Live-edge stadium seating for 4 can be found directly behind the couch. A Shuffle Board Table is featured along the back wall. A stainless-steel wet bar contains both a mini-fridge and a wine cooler, with additional swivel seating for 3.
GAMES & EXERCISE ROOM
Features a treadmill, elliptical, kinetic bike trainer, speed bag, and TV in addition to 3 arcade machines (Twilight Zone pinball machine and old school Pac Man).
OFFICES
Two separate office workspaces can be found in the well-appointed basement. The first is located off the entertainment room and provides direct access to the outdoor hot tub. The second is privately located in the far right wing of the lower level. It features a sofa, armchair, ottoman, TV and also provides direct access to the outdoor hot tub.
SAUNA
The cedar sauna seats 4 people comfortably and is located after the first office space.
