The condo was great for a weekend trip with family and friends. View was awesome and pools were great and right on the beach! Only negative I would say was that had issues with front door -however host was on it as soon as mentioned. Only other negative would be the check in process- have to go to a different building and they didn’t give directions as to where the unit was located so we had to figure out. It would definitely rent here again!

The beach view was great from our balcony. Parking not being included in reservations is a bit disappointing. Low water pressure and the floors wasnt that clean. But overall pretty well experience.

Everything about this condo was perfection! The location, the amenities, and the accommodations. The bedroom configurations were ideal, the beds were quite comfortable and we are obsessed with those pillows! (We gotta know where they came from so we can purchase some of our own). Our family fit perfectly for a Thanksgiving gathering, we enjoyed cooking and having time together with beach views. I would highly recommend.

Our Oasis!!

We love this place!!!! This is our second year visiting this unit and it definitely won't be our last. The location is perfect and the views are amazing. Perfect family friendly unit with all the amenities you could ask!

We had a great stay but the condo could have been cleaner for sure. First walking in you could hear the sand crunching like it hadn't even been swept. Light switches and door frames had dirty hand prints and crud on them. I had been in contact with someone about coming back to “clean” but it was just swept in the front walk way. A lot of money was spent to not of had the floors swept or mopped or counter tops and coffee table to the wiped off. the bedrooms still had sand in the floor, one of the master beds had sand in the bed. No where to hang towels or bathing suits. The door to the condo didn't close properly. Very hard to close. Coffee makers that were pictured were not available.

New Year 2012

We had a great stay at this property. The bedrooms were very roomy and comfortable. The condo is located very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The indoor pool was awesome for a winter stay It is located with easy beach access and beautiful views from inside condo and balcony. We were there for New year and enjoyed the firework exhibits from the balcony. We would definitely like to stay here again

Overall satisfactory facility

Clean rooms, easy check in. Could use some more silverware pasta strainer, few little kitchen things. But overall it would have been five stars had the kitchen been stocked better.

A little small for the price

Kitchen wasn't furnished well, No pot holders, old skillets, top bunk beds wasnt made, couch was old and dirty, but we enjoyed our time .

Great location but needs improvements on coffee pot , carpet and furniture old bathroom shower curtains has mold on them in master bathroom, bunk beds do not sleep well mattress not good on either bed. But still a fair place to stay

Not a bad stay

Everything was wonderful except batteries being dead in remote controls in the bedrooms. We had to buy new batteries so children could watch TV. But all in all it was a very nice and clean place and I would stay again!

Fantastic place to stay!

It was just perfect for us! Two pools, a hot tub, easy access to the beach and a balcony to view at all! I had had hip surgery and was in a walker so I wasn’t able to go all day every day. But I can sit on the balcony and watch my family in the pool and on the beach. Then when I was ready, I could go join them because it was all right there. Easy access to restaurants and activities. I also like that the parking was gated. I’ll stay there again.

Nice getaway

Place was big enough for our whole family, we enjoyed our stay. Great view. We did have a few minor issues but the property manger sent someone over immediately to resolve. There wasn’t a few essentials in the kitchen (potholders and frying pans (ones there were peeling and not usable)…so we bought those things and just left them there.

Took care of problem

The stay was lovely, quiet and enjoyed by all. Loved the different things our kids could do between Phoenix 1-4 We had a clogged toilet that needed some extra help. They came 2 times to help with 2 different toilets

Overall good stay

We had a great stay overall. The only real complaint would be that it needs a good deep clean. The baseboards had noticeable collected hair and dirt/dust build up. A few more kitchen utensils would have been nice. The pans stuck pretty bad and couldn't seem to find a pair of scissors. The location was great as well as beach access. The pools were well maintained and clean! We would stay again.

Amazing Beach View

This property has it all! Pools, hot tubs, quick access to the beach, three bedrooms, two bathrooms! The only thing I would say is it has no staples in the kitchen. I'm used to the kitchen at least having salt and pepper, but there was nothing. But a quick trip to the remedy! This property is close to restaurants, there's an amazing dolphin boat tour or you can go on that's very close, all in all, fantastic!

Great stay free outrageous on a holiday weekend

Great stay other than cleaning crew still there when we checked in. Property manager was very responsive and the condo was perfect for our group, parking was an issue. 55$ per vehicle with a max of two and the others had to be parked across the street in a vacant lot which was inconvenient. Over all stay was enjoyable but the fees were outrageous making the daily rate too high😯

I was very disappointed with my stay. The property was overpriced considering the number of issues we experienced.During our stay, we were woken up at 7:30 a.m. by the maintenance staff because they needed access to our room to repair a leak coming from the unit upstairs. The repairs involved cutting holes in the shower wall, shutting off the shower, and leaving a large fan running, which was extremely loud and disruptive. The noise woke everyone in.Also the entrance door did not close properly I reported, someone can to check but never came back to fix it We had to leave it partially open because it wouldn’t latch correctly, and when we first arrived, it was very difficult to open.In addition, the blender provided in the unit did not work. We reported the issue, but we had to wait about 3 hours for someone to bring us a replacement, which was very inconvenient.Overall, the condition of the property, the maintenance issues, and the disruptions we experienced did not justify the price we paid. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
