☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

There’s plenty of sleeping space available at Casa del Tropico to meet your whole group’s needs. This compound included three main areas for your relaxing escape from the outside world: the Casita, the Cabana, and the Tropical Courtyard.

A primary bedroom is located in the Casita part of the compound, which offers two comfortable queen-sized beds and a 50” smart TV. Both beds are topped with a high-quality memory foam mattress – with a choice of “firm” or “medium firm” to ensure you get a deep and restful sleep. Blackout curtains will ensure you can sleep in comfort without being disturbed by the sunshine.

A second bedroom is tucked away in a private alcove within the Casita, where you’ll find a comfy twin-sized bed. This secluded sleeping space feels a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of modern life!

Over in the Cabana located across the courtyard, you’ll find three additional beds in the sleeping area. A pullout trundle can be found underneath the twin bed, while a third rollaway twin bed can also be pulled out for use to accommodate additional guests.

The full bathroom offers a lovely oversized walk-in shower, twin sink vanity, and separate toilet. Bright and spacious, with a contemporary feel, you’ll find the bathroom has everything you need to freshen up after a fun-filled day of adventures in Phoenix. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

In the Cabana, you’ll find the main gathering area with a kitchen, dining room, and living area. This beautiful space is great for hanging out with family and friends.

The full kitchen is full of character and includes everything you need to cook your favorite foods. Whether you’ve opted for a home-cooked meal or decided to enjoy some stress-free takeout, you won’t be short on choices of great spots to enjoy your meal. Take your pick of the formal dining table for 8, the gorgeous al-fresco dining area, or even the casual breakfast bar!

There is a kitchenette with a sink and a mini-fridge in the breakfast room of the Casita, along with a coffee bar complete with a Keurig coffee maker and a selection of assorted coffees, teas, and cocoa. This area has a work desk with a beautiful view of the lush courtyard so that you can get some work done with a lovely view.

The bright, airy living space is full of natural light and a wonderful space to relax after a day out exploring the best of Phoenix. Play some board games, or simply sit back on the comfy couches. You could even catch a game or movie on the 50” smart TV. This large space opens up to the outdoors via a large overhead door (weather permitting).

If you love music, you’ll love the extra touches we’ve added to the main living room. A Bluetooth sound system enables you to play your favorite songs anywhere around the main house, both inside and out! You can even make your own music on our full-sized electronic keyboard.

No vacation in Phoenix is complete without spending some time enjoying the great outdoors! Our outside space has been thoughtfully designed so that you can work, rest and play in style. The indoors and outdoors blend beautifully in the Tropical Courtyard.

The tropical courtyard is a magical oasis, hidden from the world outside. To keep your group entertained, you’ll be able to make use of our abundance of outdoor games. Unleash your competitive spirit with a game of darts, Bocce, or cornhole. Our putting green is a great place to practice your swing, in between trips to one of the many golf resorts in the area.
An outdoor living room offers you plenty of comfortable, shaded seating, from the cozy couches to the gently swaying rope swing for two! It’s the ideal space to relax with a good book in the evenings! Of course, if you want to catch a big game, you can do so on the large 50” smart TV, which is perfectly positioned for you to watch the game and enjoy the gorgeous Arizona weather at the same time.

Al fresco dining is a must in this lovely outdoor space! We’ve made outdoor dining a pure pleasure, with our stylish outdoor furniture and gas BBQ grill. Adorable string lights adorn the outdoor living room to illuminate the courtyard as the sun goes down. Outdoor radiant heaters allow you to continue enjoying the lovely courtyard, long into the cool desert nights.

If you find you need to catch up with a little work during your stay, you’ll find a quiet workspace located in both the Casita and Cabana areas. Both desks are the perfect size for your laptop, and both overlook the beautiful courtyard. It’s a wonderful workspace suited for quiet contemplation.

Casa del Tropico is located in Central Uptown Phoenix and offers easy access to everything of interest in the valley. Your vacation can be as tranquil or active as you want it to be! Head out to Piestewa Peak for some hiking or drive over to Scottsdale and enjoy the popular restaurants and shops – the choice is yours!

Our guests have full access to all of Casa del Tropico, including the Casita and Cabana living and sleeping areas, and the tranquil outdoor living room and tropical courtyard. The entire home spans a single level, which makes it ideal for the oldest and youngest family members.

Enjoy the convenience of free parking on the villa’s driveway. There’s plenty of space for two cars, but if you find you need additional parking space, you’ll find ample free street parking nearby.

Whether you’re here for business or pleasure, you’ll have access to secure, stable, high-speed wifi (350-400 Mbps). Business guests will appreciate the two work desks, a conference table for work meetings, and practical touches like USB charging points.

During your stay, you can make use of the shared laundry room on the north side of the unit, where you’ll find a free washer and dryer.
Health and Safety:

For our guests’ health and safety, we employ a strict cleaning regimen that meets or exceeds the comprehensive Airbnb protocols, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the unit and then wiping down all high-touch surfaces with sanitizer. We wash and bleach all sheets and towels between guests and run dishes and glassware through the dishwasher prior to each guest’s arrival.

Allow the hot water to run for a minute initially to allow it to reach the bathroom because of the distance from the water heater to the bathroom.
