No access code needed, and it’s open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. The Pool Pavilion offers tables, umbrellas, and chairs for your comfort. Please note, the pool is not heated. For safety, children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles underneath the home. For those with large vehicles, the carport height is 106". There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
ENTRY:
You will receive a lock box code on day of check-in at 3pm.
Check in anytime after 4pm/Check out is by 10am.
GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire home except for an owners closet which is located in the main level bathroom, do not tamper with this door.
INTERNET: Stay connected with 100 Mbps high-speed internet, perfect for streaming, browsing, or working remotely. Smart TVs are available throughout the home, including in each bedroom—just log in to your own streaming accounts to watch your favorite shows and movies. The living room is also equipped with Cable TV for your convenience.
OUTDOOR:
Unwind on the covered deck, complete with seating for four. Once the kids are asleep, enjoy some peaceful moments on the balcony with your favorite wine. After a day at the beach, rinse off with the convenient outdoor shower, perfect for washing away the sand and salt.
TRASH:
Trash and recycling bins are located in the driveway. Pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays, so no need to worry—our service will handle it!
Amenities Provided:
Starter supplies are provided for your convenience. Be prepared to purchase more for the duration of your stay. Supplies include: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash can liners, 1 hand soap & face soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
We provide towels for bathing and bedding but please bring your own towels for the beach and pool.
REFUNDS:
We follow the cancellation policy agreed upon at booking and recommend purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be issued for weather-related issues or circumstances beyond our control, including hurricane season (June 1–Nov 30). No date changes are allowed after the free cancellation period.
MONTHLY RENTALS: Available from November through February.

HOUSE RULES:
☞Rental Agreement: After booking, you will be prompted to sign a rental agreement outlining the guidelines and house rules. We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily set up their security deposit and sign the agreement.
☞Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit hold will be placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after check-out, provided no damages are reported. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank's processing times.
☞Trip Insurance:We recommend purchasing trip insurance for emergencies. No refunds or date changes after the free cancellation period.
☞Cancellation Policy: We follow our cancellation policy. Travel insurance, damage protection, and processing fees are non-refundable.
☞Age Policy: Per HOA rules, guests must be 25+ to book and must stay for the entire duration. No third-party bookings.
☞Occupancy: Max 10 people (6 adults). Only children on the top bunk. All guests 2+ must be included in the reservation. $150 per person, per night fee for over-occupancy.

☞Visitors: No unregistered guests. Unauthorized guests will incur a $150 per night fee. Exceeding occupancy limits results in a $500 fee.

Hello everyone, my name is Tanya. I'm a married mother of 4 (3 girls and 1 boy ages 17, 14, 12 and 10) . We absolutely love the Great Smoky Mountains, mother nature and tons of activities for the whole family. We love the area so much that in August of 2020 our family decided to purchase our first vacation home. We wanted a cabin large and luxurious enough for me and my family plus if we wanted to vacation with other friends and family. We hope you enjoy our brand new cabin as much as our family has. Beach access is provided behind the community via the city boardwalk curving alongside Little Lagoon and the Little Lagoon Pass Park and Pier. You can spend your day lounging at the pool or beach or head to the lagoon for fishing, boating, or kayaking.
