Multiple dogs welcome FREE - Solitary Static Caravan next to beach -
within private grounds.

Direct access through private grounds (75 metres) to quiet dog friendly (all year) sandy beach and promenade. Great for walking, cycling - beach and promenade run for miles and miles. The only holiday static caravan in this location (holiday cottages available also). Use of private grounds and adjacent field.

Located between Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe (walking distance to both) via promenade or beach - no need to go on roads.

2 bedrooms, Sleeps 4. Full central heating / double glazing. *See details of our bungalow and holiday cottages (same location).

Modern, cosy, peaceful, relaxing.

Bed 1: King size bed along with plenty of storage / hanging space and a dressing table.

Bed 2: Two single beds that can be joined together as a standard 4ft 6in double bed. Storage / hanging space.

Shower room with wash basin and separate toilet with wash basin.

Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. Large full size fridge/freezer.

Lounge / Diner: Sofa / Dining Table / Sofa T.V.

Lincolnshire East Coast - Trusthorpe (in between Mablethorpe & Sutton on Sea LN12.

Outside: Garden furniture / seating / parking space.

You are fully self-catering and supply your own towels along with toiletries, food etc. Many guests prefer to bring their own bed linen / covers therefore you receive a discounted price whereby we supply duvets, pillows etc., and guests bring covers. We are happy to make beds for your arrival using our quality linen, if you prefer for £25 per bed (£15 singles) - you have the choice.

A small part of the beach (less than a mile) at Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe is kept for families between May 1st and September 30th.
You then have miles and miles of more promenade and beach - great for walking, cycling, prams, mobility scooters etc., ramped at various points to access shops, cafes, etc.

A lovely site near the beach and short walks both directions for mablethorpe one way and sutton on sea the opposite way and both walks were coastal, either on the beach or a path next to the beach. Lovely beaches with the dog being able to run around and paddle as she wished. The caravan was fully equipped with crockery, pots and pans etc but you do have to take all your own food including salt and pepper and cleaning supplies. Ovrall a good week and would definitely stay again.

Little oasis in the East!

We had a long (4hrs) but very pleasant journey to Mablethorpe and were delighted that the booking process and contact that we had from Tim and his team was fantastic. Directions to the property were spot on and Tim went out of his way to ensure that my Husband and I, along with our two little mini Dash doggies had a great holiday. Tim offered us two properties to enable us to keep our little one's safe and secure. The property was just what we would have expected and needed to make our trip relaxing, the only thing Tim could not wave his magic wand over was the weather but it was actually a welcome break being slightly cooler than being in the North West of the country that week. We took advantage of the vast beach and the girls loved it, running freely with virtually no interruption. Although the water was too cold for a dip it made for some lovely walks. We went Mon-Fri so unfortunately some of the local shops in the town only open later in the week but we had all of supplies to hand with the co-op and Tesco near to site. The property was nicely sheltered from the coastal breeze so we could strike up the BBQ. The property has its own access gate onto the beach which is brilliant for a quick walk to the water. The site is very quiet again this was very welcome and everyone was very friendly. Diesel is cheaper than Petrol in the area by a good 10p / ltr so stock up! We would highly recommend this property for any would be travellers to the area. AB FAB all round!

Home from home

Had a really good holiday in this caravan. It is very comfortable. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We had the beds made up for our arrival. The beach is less than 100 metres away and it is lovely. The tractor is out cleaning the sand every day. It is brilliant for walking and if you have dogs that's even better.. They love it. I can recommend this caravan and your hosts are very friendly too.

Excellent Location

I highly recommends this van and location. The van was clean. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet. The beach is a stones throw away. I am disabled and I managed all the different steps, slowly and surely. There is lots or nothing to do here, depending what you prefer. We all had a wonderful stay (especially the dog and cockatiel)

Perfect Beach Stay for downtime

Excellent instructions on how to locate, simple key handling, had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, clean and spacious for a static, not cluttered with ornaments and furniture, good outside space and storage, parking space and the best bit we could hear the sea, and the beach was so close, good distance from Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea. Spoke to host and and she could not have been more helpful with our stay. If you have kids it's great as it's all flat and safely enclosed grounds with fairies running free. Definitely be back!

4 day stay

Had issues with noise from roof at night. Very unfortunate that it was extremely windy which exasperated the noise... but Tim came numerous times and made temporary changes which sorted it out. He came straight away when we asked for help and was very. apologetic We went for a peaceful few days by the sea-and that's what we got.

We got our first property, a bungalow in Sutton on Sea in 2016. It proved to be very popular with guests, friends and family that it wasn't often available for us to use.

We started looking around for another small bungalow for us in 2017 and, after taking a wrong turn, found a dream we didn't know we were looking for. 9 torrid months later we moved lock stock and barrel to the coast and have now 3 properties and a 5 caravan 'certificated location', all within 100 metres of the beach.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Breakwater static caravan is just about as close to the beach as you can get along this coast. You can fall asleep and wake up t the sound of the waves lapping on to the beach. We have direct access on to the promenade and the sandy beach behind us is dog friendly all year.

With the certificated location caravan site and other properties you can stay with friends or extend family and enjoy time together while still having your privacy.
