A 2nd-row ocean home is dog-friendly. This Lowcountry home is located in Sea Pines Resort and Atlantic Dunes Golf Course, with beautiful views of the 15th fairway. The property provides ultimate privacy at the end of a cul-de-sac in the prestigious Beach Lagoon and steps to Hilton Head's Gold Coast. The kitchen has been updated to serve as the focal point of the home, providing the perfect spot for entertaining and gathering with family and friends. With multiple bedroom options, the home also features an in-law suite located below, providing privacy and additional living space. Access to the mother-in-law suite is separate from the main house via stairs. Enjoy afternoon sunsets and evening dining on the large deck that steps off the living and dining room.
