Farmhouse Style 2 Bedroom House

Very comfortable and clean 2 bedroom house conveniently located in the town of Alturas. We strive to keep it in immaculate state so that everyone that stays has a quality experience! Both bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds with soft linens and plenty of space to spread out.

GUESTS:

This place comfortably accommodates a group up to 6. Even though there is only two bedrooms (That accommodates 2 guests each). We have a brand new queen size pull out bed. We also have a big laundry room with a futon, Giving us the opportunity to comfortably host another person!

BEDROOMS:

Each bedroom has a queen size bed with soft linens and plenty of space to spread out.

AIR CONDITIONING:

We provide a total of 5 great working air conditioners in the house. 1 in the living room, 1 in each bedroom, 1 in the kitchen and another 1 in the laundry room. Our A/C works well in the summer months to keep you cool.

HEATING:

We have a great working propane monitor heater that keeps the house quite toasty and we also provide 3 extra infrared heaters for each bedroom and the laundry room.

KITCHEN:

Our Kitchen is stocked with basics for your stay. It includes: A farmhouse style cast iron sink, brand new stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, cooking stove/oven and over the range microwave. We also provide a Keurig coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, Ninja blender, pots, pans, eating utensils, cups and plates.

Alturas has a variety of eateries such as a Pizzeria, Thai, Chinese, Mexican and also American food that will keep you full and happy for the rest of the day!

AMENITIES:

Generous Quantities of linens, comforters, blankets and soft high-quality towels.

FORGOT SOMETHING?? NO WORRIES, WE HAVE YOU COVERED!

We provide Individually wrapped razors, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower caps, lotion, soap, makeup remover, toothbrushes, feminine products, laundry detergent and softening sheets will be provided. We also offer a hair dryer, curling Iron and flat Iron.

LAUNDRY ROOM:

We have a spacious laundry room with a futon. We have a rack where we store out paper towels, toilet paper, bathroom towels, extra pillows, laundry detergents, linen softener and dryer sheets for you to use. We also have an iron, ironing board and a steamer in case you’d like to use.

ENTERTAINMENT:

There is a 55” Flat Screen TV with Netflix and Hulu Included. Frontier Internet access. We also have a variety of board games for a memorable time with the family! There is a propane BBQ Grill and a nice picnic table located outside. We’ve got a game of corn hole so you can enjoy a nice evening with the friends or family.


BABY/KIDS:

This place is suitable for children. We have a box filled with toys along with a variety of coloring books and puzzles that will keep your little one busy! A baby crib is available for those traveling with small children. We can also provide a high chair (only upon request) at time of booking. Our goal is to make your stay more easy and convenient!

LOCATION:

This house is conveniently located in town! It’s located in a good neighborhood with nice, quiet, friendly neighbors.

The house has a 2 car garage that is NOT included since it is being used for storage. Parking is available on the property!

SIGNS:

We have polite signs & instructions posted. We ask that to please follow these instructions. Please note that these reminders/signs are not intended to offend you. If you have any questions regarding any sign, please feel free to reach out to us.

SECURITY CAMERAS:

This house is in a good neighborhood. We have very nice neighbors. We do have security cameras on the property for your peace of mind. Please do NOT adjust, remove, cover or unplug the security cameras.

ALL OCCUPANTS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION:

Please make sure you have selected the appropriate amount of guests staying with you in the reservation. (This includes kids and babies). Any additional guests that have NOT been pre-approved prior to your booking will result in a $20/per guest per night violation fee.

SMOKING:

NO Smoking or Vaping inside the house. We do however have a cigarette butt receptacle outside for you to use. (You will be charged a $250 fee if you break this rule and smoke inside the house).

PETS:

NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. You will be charged with a $120 fee per pet and be asked to leave the house WITHOUT a refund, if you break this rule.

PLANTS:

We do have a couple of plants in the house that we water in between guests. If you are here for a longer stay, please water the plants once a week. Thank you!

GARBAGE:

If you are here for a longer stay, please place your garbage in the trash can that is located outside of the house. Garbage must be in the trash can by 8am Thursday morning so Waste Management can pick up. Trash cans are located on the side of the house 🗑
