Our wonderful condominium is an end-unit, single level, and is located on hole One South of the Monterey Country Club! Monterey is a beautiful neighborhood with fantastic neighbors, great pools, and a nice clubhouse! There are 37 pools and spas throughout the neighborhood, and our views of the mountains and course are second to none!

Palm Desert is in the sweet spot between Palm Springs and LaQuinta. It's a stone's throw away from El Paseo shopping district, great hiking, GOLF, casinos, and grocery stores such as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Bristol Farms. Our home has a clean, minimalist/ transitional style and has been lightly updated (new vinyl plank flooring and fresh paint). It's fully furnished, including linens, and the beds are super comfy. Two of the bedrooms have organic/ non-toxic mattresses for those of you who may be concerned about that sort of thing.

The patio has been expanded and has a firepit, sectional couch seating, two chaise lounges and a dining table. The KitchenAid built in BBQ is a fun addition for those who enjoy grilling it up!

There are beach cruiser bikes available for your use, as well as floats for the pool! Dual zone HVAC, WiFi, iron/ steamer, pool towels, coffee maker, tea kettle, plenty of high quality cook and bakeware! We think you'll like it here as much as we do :)

Amazing

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The home had breathtaking views, a spacious layout and was very very clean. Peter and Kara were fabulous hosts, very attentive and responsive. We can hardly wait to plan our next trip and we will be renting this home again!

Great Desert Getaway

Such a great find! We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect! We really enjoyed the view of the golf course and the firepit. The golf cart was so fun. We will be back fore sure!

Everything we hoped for!

My sister and I had such a wonderful time at your property and you made everything easy with your clear instructions. We loved our breakfasts on the patio overlooking the golf course, followed by outings during the day (the location is convenient to so many local wonders). We also cruised to pools in the golf cart. I can be picky about cleanliness and was delighted at how spotless and comfortable everything was in the home. One of my best VRBO experiences ever!

We had a great time, lovely well kept home. Very comfortable, the location is perfect. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings admiring the mountains, and watching the golfers outside on the patio.

Great location and fabulous scenery

The condo/house was nicely appointed and clean. Lots of room to spead out, tv was great with all the hockey games. Pools were close by and never busy. Peter was great at communicating and set everything up gate pass house information etc. Would definitely stay there again!

Memorial Day condo!

Great property! Only problem we had was extending the awning on the kitchen side. The remote was missing and there was no manual tool. Otherwise a great time was had by all! Thanks for letting us stay there.

Amazing Palm Desert Stay!!!

This was my first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint! The home is tucked away in a private country club community and the views of the golf course off the back patio are stunning to say the least. The house was clean and had all the amenities you’d need during your stay. Communication with the hosts was easy and quite frankly, a pleasure. Incredibly kind people who are letting us enjoy their vacation home while not in use. A true gem of a find!

Great condo

My friends and I rented this property for 3 nights and could not have been happier. I’ve rented condos many times around the country and I have to say that this one was the best. The location was good, furniture was comfortable, the layout was perfect and the condo had everything we could possibly want/need for a long weekend. We didn’t take advantage of the many pools, but we did use the kitchen to make all of our meals with the exception of the dinner we grilled on the beautiful patio overlooking the golf course. All in all it was a great find that I would recommend for a family or friends get away.

Relaxing Getaway!

This is a beautiful home in a fabulous community so close to everything we want to do when we are in Palm Desert. Our host made checking in and checking out and everything needed to enjoy our visit very easy and helpful! Beautiful, well equipped home highly recommend

We came with my father and 2 teens for Spring Break. The country club itself is beautiful - immaculate landscaping and pools at every turn. This condo was so nice!!! Beautifully furnished, ideally situated on hole 1, very well-equipped kitchen, and a golf cart that allowed our boys a bit of freedom to explore pools away from mom and dad. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The house was beautiful and immaculately clean. The community was fantastic with beautiful landscapes and friendly neighbors. Peter was the best host! Our favorite places were the back deck and the closest pool.
