Adorable and perfectly accomidating 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house on the west side. Everything is newly painted and decorated, fully furnished with a beautiful kitchen and open floor plan. Located in a sweet neighborhood across from a big church, walking distance to the bike path, Rapid Creek, and two of Rapid Cityâs favorite parks. Perfectly placed to access both the great outdoors of the Black Hills and downtown Rapid City's shopping and food scene.
Clean, quiet, comfortable, nice amenities in a nice neighborhood. Getting ready to leave one morning and there were three deer staring at us at the end of the driveway.
We had a very relaxing stay at this lovely home. It was exactly what we were looking for. We weren't there much during the day, but it was super quiet at night. We loved the couple nights that we had a fire pit in the backyard. We would stay here again.
The house was perfect for us and our two young kids! It is small, but just as advertised. The house is in very good condition and you can tell that the owner has done some work to it! The owner had excellent communication with us and quickly addressed all questions we had. We would stay here again!
My sister and I loved staying here so much, we asked if we could stay an extra day!
It's in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
Everything in the house is updated, with a very nice kitchen & bathroom.
We would definitely come back!
Nice and comfortable house in a good neighborhood. There is a trail 2 blocks from the house that goes along a creek. House was super clean and location is close to Mount Rushmore and Badlands.
We had a lovely stay at this little house. It was just me and my two kids, and we had ample room. The bathroom shelves were an especially nice storage area. One thing to note is that major construction is happening on the street in front of the house, so there were some road closures and it was a bit tight getting into the driveway, but it wasn't a bother overall. The place was convenient and in a quiet neighborhood.
We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, quiet and comfortable house! The listing was everything as stated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect...just 30 to 45 minutes from all the great sites and attractions, such as Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Hot Springs, Badlands and other locations. Thank you!!
What a lovely home! This home is clean, very nicely decorated, lovely yard both front and back, a place to make an evening fire outdoors, everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, and more! Excellent bedding with extra super cozy blankets to cuddle up in! They even have games for the family to play. The bathroom has it all, from nice towels to cotton balls and QTips! The communication with owner was superb. We will be back for another stay in this lovely home! Oh, and the home is a quick walk to the beautiful river and the home is in a very sweet neighborhood! It is a gem!
We stayed here two nights while visiting Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park. This house was close to everything we wanted to do. The AC and washer and dryer was a plus! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed! Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Rapid City.
This home was perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable, and quiet neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do in the area.
We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.
It was in a good location. Close proximity to a park to walk to. I liked how it was decorated. No dinette table though. Just two stools by a kitchen counter to sit at to eat meals. I was there only in the evenings. Did sightseeing during the days. Owners didnât contact me via email until only two days before reservation.
Mike is a 22 year veteran of the Rapid City Fire Department, and Melissa is a pharmacist and Minnesota native who has fallen in love with the Black Hills. Both are avid mountain bikers, climbers, and trail runners. They, with their three teenage daughters, spend much of their time exploring the trails and back roads and hidden treasures of the Black Hills.
