We also just added a 5-person Hot Springs Hot Tub on our patio that is open year round.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have king beds. The downstairs has a master bedroom with a king bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each floor has a bathroom. There is a deep soaking tub upstairs and a tiled shower downstairs.

There is a large living room with a view of the golf course and access to the back deck just off the living room upstairs with a 55" Roku TV and a large sectional couch perfect for watching your favorite show or movie with your group. The deck has a large outdoor table with chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a gas/charcoal BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner The dining area has a large table with benches and chairs for 10. All of the stainless steel appliances are new.

There is a ping pong table in a great room just off the other side of the kitchen and dining space. There is also a desk for those who may need a place to answer emails or catch up on work.

We recently remodeled the downstairs to include another great room living space with full kitchen and laundry.

The upstairs and downstairs are basically two homes in one! This is perfect for large groups and families. Downstairs kitchen includes dishwasher, sink, fridge and cooktop.

We do allow pets, there is a $50 pet fee. Pets must be on a leash when outside of the property and must not be left alone in the home. Pets are not allowed on the golf course.
