The open-concept living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and relaxing living room with stunning balcony views of the Gulf. Large sliding doors fill the condo with natural light, creating a warm coastal atmosphere. After a day at the beach or exploring local attractions, guests can unwind on the private balcony, watch a movie on the Smart TV, or enjoy the resort pools and spa tubs.

The condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping space is provided by twin-over-twin hallway bunk beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for six, private Gulf-view balcony, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, self check-in with keypad, air conditioning, and heating.

Starter supplies are provided and include bed linens, bath towels, four rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, limited dishwasher packs, and travel-size toiletries. Laundry detergent is not provided.

Grand Panama Resort offers two Gulf-view pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, seasonal tiki bar, beach service kiosk available for an additional fee, a covered walkover to the beach, front desk assistance, and an onsite convenience store. Resort amenities are maintained by the association and are not guaranteed. Temporary closures or maintenance do not qualify for refunds.

The minimum age to book is 25. Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to six guests, including children. Pets are not allowed. Smoking, vaping, or use of hookahs is not permitted anywhere in the unit or on the balcony. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Commercial vehicles, trailers, scooters, and rental golf carts are not permitted within the community.

The reservation holder must be present at check-in and remain on the property for the duration of the stay. Subletting or bookings made under false pretenses will result in cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any fines imposed by the condominium association or resort security due to rule violations.

A mandatory resort registration fee of $100 per stay is paid directly to the resort prior to arrival. This fee includes up to two parking passes and six wristbands for amenity access. Parking is limited to two vehicles. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.

Check-in begins at 4 PM and access will be provided once the property is ready. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late departures may result in additional charges. Guests are required to provide a government-issued ID after booking for resort registration purposes.

The cleaning fee covers standard departure cleaning only. Guests are expected to leave the property in good condition. Excessive cleaning needs, stains on linens, plumbing misuse, or violations of house rules may result in additional charges. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected trip cancellations or interruptions.
