Ultimate peace & quiet tranquility in this La Quinta Cove corner lot pool & spa 3bd/2ba home. Panoramic mountain views abound in all directions and hiking/biking trails just blocks away. Beautiful open floorplan home with spacious living room, wood fireplace, good size dining/kitchen/outdoor patio areas. Custom putting green with golf putters and balls. Santa Fe style home decorated with regional artwork from Mexico and the local Coachella Valley. Elevated privacy block walls for guest privacy.
This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Santa Fe style home is the perfect destination for a family vacation, work trip, and everything in between! From the beautifully manicured front palm trees to the meticulously designed interior to our private pool and golf green backyard with unobstructed views of the surrounding Santa Rosa mountains, this property has everything you need to make your next stay as enjoyable and peaceful as possible. Super high speed 400mbps Spectrum wifi internet included for all your work or streaming pleasure needs. One small dog allowed with $150 non-refundable deposit (see additional requirements below). here is a medium-sized orthopedic dog bed in the house along two dog bowls.
Master bedroom is a California king bed with en-suite bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower and double vanity sink. The master also features a work desk and a 43â 4k Roku TV with Dish Satellite TV programing (guests can use their own logins for apps like Prime, Netflix, Apple TV, YouTube, etc.). Bedroom #2 has a king bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bathroom #2 has a shower/tub combo and single sink.
Kitchen features a gas stove and oven, fridge with built-in ice maker, microwave, blender, dishwasher, and 4-slice toaster. Keurig hot and cold coffee maker with starter pods for guests. Plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. Living room has a 65â 4k Roku TV with Dish Satellite TV programing (guests can use their own logins for apps like Prime, Netflix, Apple TV, YouTube, etc.) and a connected sound bar. Fireplace is available for guest use and is wood burning. There is a BBQ island with a 4 burner Lion BBQ which has LED lights and a built-in stainless steel ice chest. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use along with garage use including a garage remote control. New decorative security door with a screen to enjoy morning sounds of birds and to get the nice breeze in the evenings.
Large 20ft long salt water pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool heating purchases. Two lounge chairs are available for laying out and one other small seating area next to the spa. There is a removeable security gate for the pool to protect loved ones.
Our corner lot provides more privacy and the style of the house is Mexican and Coachella Valley Sante Fe Southwest Ranch-style and homey. The salt water pebble tech surfaced pool is just perfect for a dip or a float any time of the year. The home is 5 blocks from amazing walks and the magical mountains in the National Reserve. Old Town La Quinta is quaint and full of great places to eat, enjoy the farmers market, or rent a Pedago electric bike for the day. The tennis/pickleball courts and community park is just across the way. Casa Milagros is also centrally located to reach:

- Fritz Burns Park (1 mile away)

Other things to note: Due to the coronavirus, weâre taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations and we air the home out at least 24hrs between guests. Primary guest must provide a photo copy of their driverâs license and fill out a Vacation Rental Agreement before check-in. Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 3hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr.
Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
If you would like to bring one dog (30lbs max) to the property there is a $150 non-refundable dog fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can submit the bill to you before your arrival. Please no dogs on the beds or living room couch (dog hair found on beds or living room couch will have a dry-cleaning fee post-stay) and ensure to pick-up their droppings.
