This beautiful mountain home named Aurora is built amid the trees in The Legacy Neighborhood uphill from the Prospectors Golf Course and right in the center of Suncadia Resort. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Lodge, Glade Springs Spa, Swiftwater winery and the Swim and Fitness Center. It features contemporary design and modern, upscale furnishings, materials, and accents. The spacious living, dining and kitchen areas allow for easy flow between comfortable spaces; you are surrounded by artfully planned furnishings and artwork combining stone, wood, glass, and ceramic surfaces that create a relaxing atmosphere that delights the senses. Combined with wood floors and beams, gas fireplace, 75” TV and cozy seating, the great room is perfect for entertaining family and friends or gazing at the view. The open and spacious kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, six burner gas stove and open shelves. The bar island is large enough for a prep area and seats four. The large dining table seats eight comfortably with a combination of chairs and bench seating. Sliding doors take you to a large patio with both covered and uncovered areas. Here you will find everything you could want for everyone in your group, outdoor dining, Gas BBQ, comfortable seating around a large fire pit and a private hot tub. If you prefer, mosey into the heated garage game room, and enjoy a game of ping pong, foosball, air hockey or pop-a-shot. The spacious master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king size bed. The attached bath has dual sinks, soaking tub, and large walk in shower. There is an exit to the patio. The junior master on the ground floor has a king bed and attached bath with a walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom is on the second level and has a king bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The 4th bedroom is also on the second floor and has a queen bed and shares the bonus room bath that provides a combination tub/shower. The Bonus room offers two twin over full bunk beds, a twin daybed and has a Pak N Play available. There is a half bath on the main floor of the house.
