Peaceful and Modern Apartment on a 14 Acre Farm

This modern bohemian apartment is located above a garage on our 14 acre farm. The open-concept studio apartment includes the following spaces:

* Living Area with fold-out sofa and smart TV which you can use to sign in to your streaming services. There is a spacious desk available for those on a workation We have high speed internet for your working and entertainment needs. There is a basket of toys and some games for unplugged kids entertainment.

* Kitchen with all the cooking essentials - oven, stove, toaster oven, microwave, pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster oven, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, condiments, and spices. We also stay stocked with coffee and tea fixins.

* Dining Area with seating for four.

*Bedroom Area with dreamy queen size canopy bed. The mattress is a brand new memory foam mattress. There is space to hang your clothes and a dresser too.

*Bathroom - located behind a barn door with a tub/shower combination.

*Laundry Room - located downstairs.

Outside, you will find:

* A pool that is open mid-April to October. The pool is shared with us and another rental on the property.

*A fire pit.

*A giant hydrangea hedge lining the driveway which is especially beautiful from late June to September.

*The west-facing porch has the best view of the farm and includes a bistro table and chairs which is a great spot to enjoy a sunset.

*Basketball Court.

*Overhead, you will often find bi-planes and skydivers which add a little whimsy to the atmosphere.

*The front porch has flowerbeds and fresh oregano and mint that you are welcome to harvest.
