Three bedroom two bath secluded home located on beautiful Lagrange Bayou 12 miles from Grayton Beach State Park and South Walton Sugar Sand Beaches. This home has a heated pool and spa. Outdoor Grill, Outdoor Smoker and Outdoor Gas Boiler. The garage is a game room including a Ping Pong Table arcade games, darts, 65 inch TV with Playstation 4, and Corn Hole Boards. Fully stocked kitchen including blender, Insta Pot, and Keurig Coffee Maker. There is a 65 inch TV on the pool deck. Sit in the hot tub and watch your favorite game or just relax and watch a movie. Fishing poles and tackle are provided for fishing on the bayou. One security camera that faces down the driveway. Camera must stay on and functional at all times. Please see house rules.

The property is beautiful. The amenities are excellent. The house is ok. And James, the owner, is wonderful. The harbor being in the backyard is so beautiful. Especially in the evening while enjoying a fire in the fire pit. The game room was a lot of fun. Some of the video games need to be better secured to the wall, the digital dart board didn't work and we couldn't find darts for the other dart board. The hot tub wouldn't stay full but James told me about it when we got there and said that we could use the water hose to fill it up. It didn't really get hot either. James checked it and said it was hot according to his app but it was only lukewarm. The pool and hot tub looked dirty but it just needs to be resurfaced. It does cause the seats in the hot tub to be scratchy and could have torn up my swimsuit but I was careful not to move around too much. None of the issues with the amenities stopped us from using them. The home is older and has a strange smell but we got used to it pretty quickly. There are areas that need repaired but it worked out ok. My biggest issue is there was no hand soap, no trash bags for the trash can, and no dish soap. There are signs asking for you to use the dishwasher but that seems silly for washing one dish. All in all I would probably rent it again if I was in the area.

Loved it!

A fun property to stay at: the garage arcade is a 10/10 for kids. We rented a SUP board - what fun! The pool is amazing. You never have to leave the property for a relaxing vacay.

Some Problems

We have stayed at this bay front twice now. Last year (2024) and this year. It is a great property and has lots of stuff for kids to do. There were a few problems though. Last year and this year there were toilet issues. This year I forgot to change the number of people from 2 to 6, but the first night we were there, the toilets clogged. The owner blamed it on the number of people, I did apologize for not changing the number of people, but the same issue happened last year when I did put the correct number of people.The septic people had to come last year and this year. Not a big deal but also do not really want to deal with that on vacation. The house was also not ready when we pulled in at 5:30PM. After we left, the owner texted me and accused us of stealing an expensive pair of fishing scissors and said he would have to be compensated for the mess of the fishing material. He said there were four poles that were ruined but the boys only used two because the third one was not set up. My son also brought his own fishing pole and used it. There was one pole that a fish took the line. We would have gladly paid for new line or replaced it. There was not four poles in the house so I was wondering if he checked his cameras and saw my oldest put his fishing pole in the car. I would not have been as irritated if I was asked if the scissors were misplaced but just accusations of stealing was not necessary. Great place for kids but we will not be staying anymore.

Spring break trip

The place is beautiful, clean, well stocked and has all the amenities our family with 3 teens were looking for. The kids were so excited about the pool, hot tub and game room with tv’s to watch the March madness games while they were having fun! My husband and I loved the beautiful views and the fire pit. It is close and convenient to the beach and all 30A has to offer but quieter and removed from the crowds. We had an issue with the pool and hot tub not heating and the owner was very responsive and did everything in his power to fix the issue and make it right. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place!

Cozy home away from home

This is one of the best places our family has ever stayed at. It was perfect! The home was beautiful, there are so many things to do on the property, and the views are breathtaking. We will definitely be returning in the future. be returning

Family Friendly

Between the pool and hot tub, fishing and game room the kids were never bored. There is plenty of space and things to do for everyone to be happy. The host was reliable and responded quickly. Excellent place for the family.

Awesome quiet vacation house!

It was very clean and open. The hot tub and pool were amazing to have and the game room was awesome. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor tv was awesome for the kids to watch tv in the pool. Highly recommend and the owner is very attentive.

Great Experience

Nice property with lots of amenities with pool & hot tub. Our family had a great time. Great location on water so easy access to use our boat. Owner was very nice and easy to interact with. He made sure all of our needs were met and questions answered. Would definitely stay at this property again if we are in the area.

Perfect stay

Host had great communication. House was as stated. We felt very comfortable, and the house had so much to offer there was no need to leave. Conveniently located to explore the surrounding areas. We will book this house again.

Perfect Getaway

This vacation house was above and beyond expectations- we truly felt as it was a home away from home. We enjoyed the amenities, including the pool and game room, but the beauty of the location was our favorite thing- truly a special place! Close to the beautiful beaches, but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle when we were ready to wind down. James was an amazing host and took excellent care of us- we can't thank you enough for our wonderful time!

Bumpy Start but otherwise good

We showed up to check into our stay to find it occupied. Apparently, our booking via VRBO was approved automatically and the owner did not see it. After driving 15 hrs to get to this VRBO, my husband and I had to take turns napping in our van with our dog in a Walmart parking lot as every hotel and resort was booked for the weekend due to events in the area. It was the worst start of a vacation I've ever had. The owner refunded our first day and the next day we were able to get into the house. The owner stated he turned off automatic acceptances to avoid this problem happening again to anyone else. After that, our stay was pretty nice. Good views and nice pool and hot tub and bayou in the backyard with firepit and cut up wood was wonderful. I wish there were more kitchen utensils and baking/cooking dishes and mugs. It needed a deeper clean and fixing electrical things (especially the flashing lights in livingroom) but overall was a good stay. For the fishing, firepit and wood, pool and hot tub, it'd be worth staying again. I'll definitely be more thorough following through with confirming any stays in the future if I ever use VRBO again. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. Plenty of room for more people but nowhere near enough dishes and other kitchen utensils, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was great and the home was very accommodating. We loved having the private pool to enjoy with the kids! James was extremely awesome and responded quickly to communication. We will be returning for sure!

Perfect vacay on beautiful bay.

We absolutely loved this house. Waking up to that view is amazing. My kids loved the pool and the beach was a short 15 minutes away. The property manager was very responsive and quickly addressed any concerns we had. I definitely recommend this place to any family looking for a relaxing get away.

Family vacation

The property was just like the pictures, beautiful house and location. We only had a couple of issues,the septic backed up on the 2nd day. The owner was quick to resolve the problem. It happened again the day before we left. My husband called and left a message but no one ever returned his call. Eventually we were able to use the bathrooms. Over all we had a amazing vacation with our family would rent the house again!!! We made great memories ❤️

This was the best place we have ever stayed at out of all the homes we have been. We were pleased with everything. Will definitely stay here again! The beds were VERY comfortable. Not many places are lol.
