The home is set up to be able to host up to
8people. bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms, a
queen bed in each bedroom, a sofa bed in living
room, 2bathtubs
We carry all items you would need from a fully
stocked kitchen.
The home has a laundry area with a washer and a
dryer.
Sit back and relax in the living room with 55" TV, 2
comfy couches and a coffe table.
This is a safe, friendly, peaceful neighborhood.
Additionally we do have a ring camera that
records sound upon motion.
The entire home is available for our guests except
for storage in the kitchen.
We provide guests with the code to the keypad
on the front door to have easy access to home.
Free parking, free Wi-Fi, free Netflix
The home is also pet friendly with $85 non-
refundable fee per pet.
Guests will be charged extra $250 penalty if they smoke at home or do party(event). Note:

Absolutely loved our stay at the 3 bedroom, 3 bath Family Fun House in Piney Green! Everything was truly perfect from start to finish. The host genuinely thought of everything you could possibly need, which made the stay effortless and relaxing.The ping pong table was a huge hit with the whole family, and the fenced-in yard was amazing for our dog—such a big plus. We grilled steaks one night and really appreciated how well set up everything was. The kitchen was stocked better than most VRBOs we’ve stayed in, which made cooking easy and enjoyable.The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—some of the best we’ve slept on while traveling. Clean, cozy, well-equipped, and clearly cared for.Overall, this place is a 10 out of 10. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, family-friendly stay.

The house was perfect, our second time staying here. Ice cold A/C, fenced in yard for our dogs, awesome kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. I would highly recommend this place, very convenient to everything.

Went down from Ohio to visit daughter and grandkids. Had plenty of room for us and the grandkids really enjoyed the games.

Nice place to stay

We all enjoyed our stay while visiting our Marine son. The towels and bed linens were fresh and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed a game of ping pong and air hockey. We also made use of the grill on the back patio. Mosquito repellent was needed because the mosquitoes were out. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great location/ entertainment

House was clean and plenty of room for everybody. Ping pong as well as air hockey and darts was a great addition. Neighborhood felt safe. I would book again if Im in the area!

This house was great for us. It was nice and clean and spacing.

My family enjoyed our stay here. It was nice and close to everything that we needed and wanted to do. If I was to suggest something it would be maybe have more cooking equipment for kitchen. But other than that. We enjoyed our time here. Very nice 😊 people to work with and always very quick to answer texts from us. If we come back to North Carolina we would definitely stay here again.

Condition of property

House needs a lot of repairs. (Door handle felloff, big hole in deck, hole in wall, 2 big water stains on ceiling, lights didn't work in garage, fence held together with zip ties). Grass wasn't mowed. Couch and loveseat old and very uncomfortable. Kitchen needed more dishes, pots and pans.

I wish you mention all those stuff during your visit. all the mentioned issues already fixed. Grass is getting mowed twice a month if it is not rainy. Couch and loveseats are 8 month old and they are really comfortable. Your standards might be higher but we do not charge guests that much money to provide luxury stuff. But we haven't heard bad things from anyone about couch except you. This house is designed for 8 people max and we provide enough dishes pots for 8 people. There is dishwasher and dish pods to clean them and use it again. To be honest this house has many good stuff than all those problem that you mentioned.

Space to spread out.

We enjoyed staying in this house while visiting our Marine. It was spacious and relaxing with comfortable beds and a large back yard for our small dogs to play. Of the fun games provided, everyone enjoyed playing ping pong the most. We didn't use the other games - maybe they would've appealed more to young teenagers. The host was responsive to our concerns and addressed the issues we had. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe. I would recommend that dressers be added in the secondary bedrooms, as there was no where to put our clothes in those 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom didn't have a dresser either, but there was a closet organizer that worked ok. The appliances are old, but everything worked fine. Overall, our stay was nice and we would stay here again.

Terribly disappointed

I made, paid in full, and confirmed rental on 9/14 for a stay of 9/16-9/20. Checking in was an easy process. As I walked into the property I was hit with an overwhelming smell of animal, it reeked. The storm door handle pulled off every time you used the door. My one year old granddaughter found a beer bottle cap on the floor!! The master shower did not work. The second bathroom shower made a sound comparable to a plane landing on the roof of the house. The lighting in the property is so dim it feels like they are trying to hide grime/dirt. The deck is in need of maintenance. There was a fight in the parking lot at the local grocery store. To say the least, I did not feel safe or comfortable in the property. After one night’s stay, I packed up my family and left. I reached out to the property manager and explained how I felt and why I left, seeking at least a partial reimbursement. Property manager explained that I did not know how to work the master shower with an attached photo with how to operate the shower function. Property manager explained that I was out of window for any kind of refund, explained that the fixes were easy fixes and did not fall into rights of reimbursement because there was no major issue with AC, electricity, water, or sewer. Given the fact that I felt it necessary to pack up a 3 month old, a one year old, an 8 y/o, and a 10 y/o after a 16hour drive speaks volumes. I am very disappointed with the property and the lack of any reimbursement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED!

This is totally understandable to give a 1 star review since you wanted to take a revange because you did not get refund. But as I kindly explaind you that based on policy you will not get any refund. You have accepted this policy when you make a payment and book the property. We explained that shower was working perfectly fine and you guys just did not know how to open it. But we are here all day to answer questions and you guys did not even ask any question about it. This porperty had only 1 issue which was screen door handle which we were not aware of that but it was only screw that was missing and we fixed it in 1min. Again you would request fix and we could provide help in a few minutes if you see any issue. But you didn’t. You also mention that you did not feel safe at walmart which is not even related to our property. Walmart is 20 min away from our residence and community is very family frendly and safe. So far everybody is satisfied with the area. So how can we do refund if the property is fully functional? We cannot let people to block the property and leave early for their own reason and get refund. We do our best to make our guests trip smooth. But you guys have choosen to leave the property instead of get help from us.

Perfect place for families to hang out and enjoy one another. Something for everyone~! Relaxing and Fun, we had a wonderful weekend~ My son was fresh off deployment and we so needed time just to "be" as a family this was the perfect place for that. House and Property Manager are both awesome

We needed a 3 bedroom house for 6 of us in our family (3 couples) to spend a week with our Marine. Check-in/out was simple. The house was spotless, well furnished and in a great neighborhood. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. We had a minor issue with the refrigerator so I contacted the property manager and it was fixed the next day without any inconvenience to us. This was the perfect property for us and will look to rent again when we return to Jacksonville.

Great neighborhood near camp lejeune

We enjoyed our stay there. The house had plenty of room and was very clean. There is a large backyard for a dog to run and play in, would also be good for children. The only issue we had was that the kitchen was not as fully stocked as we hoped. The owner was very pleasant and easy to work with. They answered our questions right away. We would definitely rent this home again!
