The Space:

Casa Monmar is located within the exclusive Las Colinas Hillside Residences at Puerta Cortés Resort. The home has been recently updated with new furnishings and modern kitchen appliances, offering a comfortable and functional layout ideal for families or groups.



The property includes:

• 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

• Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom with bathtub

• Second bedroom with a king-size bed

• Third bedroom with twin beds

• Optional folding single bed available for an additional guest



Each bedroom features a 55” Smart TV. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and private parking.



Small dogs under 20 lbs are welcome with prior authorization. A pet fee applies.

Getting Around:

How to arrive:

Puerta Cortés Resort is located along the Sea of Cortez in **La Paz**.

• From La Paz International Airport (LAP): approximately 20–25 minutes by car

• From Los Cabos International Airport (SJD): approximately 2 to 2.5 hours by car via a scenic coastal route



Taxis, private transfers, and car rentals are available from both airports. Our team can assist with arranging airport transfers in advance for a smooth arrival.



Getting around the resort:

Within Puerta Cortés, guests can move easily on foot or by using the provided golf cart. The resort features pedestrian paths and convenient access to the marina, dining areas, golf course, and common spaces.



Getting around La Paz:

Downtown La Paz and the Malecón are about a 10–15 minute drive. Ride-hailing services, taxis, and private drivers are readily available. For guests who prefer not to drive, we can help arrange private transportation or recommend reliable local services.

Resort policies and access:

Access to resort amenities, including the Beach Club and common areas, is subject to resort rules, operating hours, and availability. These policies are managed by the resort administration and may change without prior notice.



Blue Cortés Beach Club disclaimer:

Access to Blue Cortés Beach Club is outside of our control. Currently, entry requires a minimum consumption of $800 MXN per person, charged directly to the guest’s credit card. This minimum also applies to children over 12 years old.



Disclaimer:

Starting March 20th (Semana Santa / Spring Break) 2026, Blue Cortés Beach Club will become exclusive to members only, and access for guests will no longer be permitted.



Occupancy and additional fees:

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additional guests may incur extra nightly charges. Use of the golf cart requires a valid driver’s license, signature of a liability waiver, and a refundable security deposit. Community rules for Las Colinas must be respected at all times.



Additional services such as housekeeping, grocery pre-stocking, transportation, tours, and concierge arrangements are available upon request for an extra cost.
