WE ARE LEGAL IN B.C. - RESORT HOTEL ZONING! Walk out the patio onto the lawn and beach in this lovely resort hotel condo located in the quaint village of Qualicum Beach. Separate galley kitchen and bathroom, fully updated. Queen bed, pull out sofa bed, dining table for four, and combination desk/dresser. Patio and summer lounge chairs, laundry room on site. Just a few kilometers from the walkable village centre, which features quaint stores, grocery and pharmacy, and all the necessary services. Fifteen minutes to Parksville, with it's huge family beach, ocean-side provincial park, mini-golf, and other family vacation amenities.

Getaway

We are not interested in traveling too far these days and have decided to stay local. QB is a spectacular gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo as well as the sites and friendly people. The condo exceeded our expectations.

Weekend Getaway

As usual we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This has become our “go to” place for a little rest and relaxation. Barry is an excellent host and waking up to the ocean view can’t be beat!

Beautiful beach escape

We had a perfect time in this cozy property right on the beach. More than enough room for our family of 3, with the option to either cook in the well appointed kitchen, or eat out at many local restaurents and pubs. The place was clean, well maintained, and stayed cool even in the midst of a heatwave. Hosts offered excellent and friendly communication, and man what a beautiful view.

Very nice and clean place with excellent location

Very clean, nice room with beautiful view and beach access. Second bed is a standard pull out couch, and not terribly comfortable. Kitchen is stocked and bathroom is clean. Felt safe.

Shorewater week

The unit was very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect, with the beach and ocean right outside. Very convenient location near village and highway to travel to other communities. We would stay here again.

Condo on the beach

We stayed for five days. The ocean view from the condo is beautiful and the beach is literally just steps away. We enjoyed sitting outside on the small patio when the weather allowed. Lots of walks on the beach along with exploring the town (too far to walk to) and other nearby sights. The mattress was very comfy and had nice bedding. Unfortunately, we could hear the neighbours walking in the condo above and the tv in the condo next door. No bbq either. Otherwise, clean and comfy.

Wonderful vacation rental on the beach

Beachfront walk-out was a wonderful place to stay for our Easter weekend. Everything that we needed was provided and it was great to wake up to the beautiful colours of the sunrises! Quiet, clean, comfortable - and awesome views! Our hosts were very responsive (check-in process, adding an extra night, etc.) Thanks for the opportunity to stay at Beachfront Walk-out and the chocolate treat! :-)

Waterfront magnificient site

During my stay of 15 days, no communication from the owner, but all went well for the accommodation. The location is great and the waterview amazing. The weather was snow and rain for 13 days, but I still enjoyed the great scenes being close to the water. The location is 100% perfect!

Perfect beachfront serendipity

A single night just happened to be available to squeeze us in on the one night we'd be in Qualicum. Getting to stay here was like winning the lottery! Barry was quick to respond and very accommodating and considerate. The ground floor, walk out unit was a delight: bright, clean, everything new and immaculate, beautifully designed, and offering everything a traveller could ask for. We got to walk the beach, have a September swim, then sit out on the protected patio watching two sweet black bunnies, the tide coming in, beach walkers, then stars, and twinkling lights further along the shore. Our only frustration was with the VRBO site which would NOT accept our password time after time after time - so that we were unable to respond to Barry, and worried that he was not able to send us information. We would love to stay here again but sadly, will never deal with the VRBO site again.

My wife and I have been frequent users of vacation homes over the years, and have learned just what guests often enjoy. We decided that we would enjoy hosting and bought this beautiful beachfront condo in the spring of 2021.

It's in a very popular resort, right on the beach, and has always been well occupied and enjoyed by return guests over the years. We gave it a makeover and are pleased to give guests a comfortable stay with a spectacular view and beach access in this lovely village.
