In addition to the 2 bedrooms, the home offers a large living room with widescreen smart TV, a comfortable sofa and two cozy recliners. The sofa also converts to a queen sleeper if needed.
The canal side of the home also offers two additional areas for your enjoyment. The upper sitting area offers a cozy couch with views out of the rear of the house. There is also a lower area with a futon that offers similar views. Both spaces are a perfect to just sit and relax, read a book or perhaps take a nap. A 10,000 lb. boat lift and a floating Jet Ski dock are ready to accommodate your water toys. Two paddle boards are available at the home to explore the neighborhood canals or bay.
For those that wish to explore the Keys, Key Largo offers fabulous restaurants; Many snorkeling, diving, fishing and sight seeing charters; For those seeking a little more excitement, how about renting Jet Skis or parasailing. For those just wanting to relax under an umbrella in a couple beach chairs, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park offers a nice beach to do so and is only a couple minutes away.
