Spent Christmas week with son and teenage granddaughters. We did South Florida activities every day. This house was spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge for the next day's adventure. It's about 30 minutes from everywhere. Air boat ride, Everglades NP, snorkeling at Key Largo and cursing Miami Beach. Several nice golf courses were nearby, and shopping was 5 to 10 minutes. It made our family trip a 10 out of 10.

Nice out of the way stay!

Weekend Stay

House was super clean…very well organized! Plenty of towels. Kitchen was fully stocked. We didn’t spend to much time at the house because we came for a family wedding but I know we would’ve enjoyed it more if we’d stayed our entire time there. Backyard was beautiful…very accommodating.

This property was awesome. Fun decor, smart TVs in every room, SUPER comfortable lounge areas plus a great backyard setup with a grill and cafe lights. Cannot say enough good things about the property managers as well. They were beyond easy to work with, get in touch with, and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The neighborhood is great as well. A safe and quiet street with a fantastic bike/running path just a few blocks away along a creek (it goes for miles).

Cute & Clean!

We traveled from Ohio and had a great stay at this South Miami house. Plenty of room for a family, and great outdoor patio seating! Bed were comfy, and Homestead wasn’t too far away. We enjoyed driving to The Keys and spending New Year’s Eve with lots of fireworks all around. Things to consider for a future visit: a bathroom plug for the master bathroom, and access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Thank you & Happy New Year!

South Miami quiet stay

This home was absolutely stunning. The decor was gorgeous, and the space was incredibly generous for our family. We loved the peaceful, quiet neighborhood, especially the backyard which felt like a true oasis for relaxation. The master garden shower was a highlight – the water pressure and temperature provided a truly spa-like experience. The TVs were conveniently connected to streaming services, and the Wi-Fi was excellent, making it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space after a day of exploring the area. We also greatly appreciated the owners' communication; they were incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay. They provided everything we could have needed, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. If we come back, we would definitely look back into one of their homes to stay at again. Thank you for being a premier host and making our stay a memorable experience.

The property was located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The home while obviously not new, was in great condition. There were a few minor flaws, but it was to be expected in a lived-in residence. The house was more than big enough for 7 adults and the beds and sofa were very comfortable. There were extra furniture for people with children such as a stroller, carseat and some toys for bath and even a trip to the beach or pool (which this property does not have). There is a nice outdoor area off the living room that is fenced in and offers an abundance of privacy while you enjoy the backyard. It is obvious that the owner takes very good care of their property and the heat and water pressure was great. My family usually rents vacation homes in Orlando, we have for years, and this is the first time that we rented in the Miami area, and we were not disappointed. I would highly recommend this property, and utilize it again for week stays. Do not hesitate, book this place, the quality for the price cannot be beat.

Saving Grace

My family enjoyed our stay here. It was well equipped to meet all our needs. It was available just in time. The reason I said this is because, we needed a place to stay after my husband's transplant. This property was available at the right time. It also had twin beds in one of the rooms so my husband had his own bed and I didn't have to worry about bumping him in the night but could still be in the room with him. It also had a walker available for use. It was close enough for us to make his appointments twice a week. It was also close enough my son's didn't have to drive very far to work. If I had a question Charmaine was very quick to respond. She has been a great host. Thank you Charmaine for working with us during our time of need. This home is also a short drive from many things to do if you are on vacation. It's near several beaches and the Keys.

En la propiedad no había nada en su patio ,como en la foto pérgola ni hamaca ,estaba con mal olor al llegar ,tuve que limpiar al llegar ,toda la comida en la nevera usada de alguien ,en el lugar del aire acondicionado había latas de pintura cuando llegué lo cual el dueño tuvo que retirar el día después de mi llegada y el día martes 3 el aire acondicionado se rompió según el propietario y dijo que no había arreglo hasta el día siguiente no dándome ninguna ayuda inmediata,por lo cual tuve que salir de la propiedad antes de la noche con la bebé de 2 años con calor y sus mejillas rojas ,fue malo para ella y para mí tuve que empacar rápido por la salud de mi niña que no podía estar más allí ,el propietario no me dio ayuda necesaria para pasar la noche a salvo y me dio un reembolso de la mitad de la renta eso no era justo para mi familia ,no se lo recomiendo a nadie ,fue un mal rato y mal reembolso
