The house was well stocked with towels and beach towels. It was clean and had garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The pool area was nice and clean. Pool furniture was nice. The pool heat was on when we arrived. Private backyard. The house is in a great location, really close to the beach. It was nice to have a golf cart to drive around as well.

Amazing location, spacious home. We enjoyed the private fenced back yard space with beautiful pool and grassy area for our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable yet steps from the beach and beautiful walkways. Anything you could need for outdoor entertainment is located in the garage. The living room is comfortable and kitchen has everything you need! Communication was fantastic, instant responses to questions. We were there for an extended stay and would love to return!

Great and safe location

The house is in a gated community and located near everything: beach, restaurants and things to do. The heated pool and hot tub was great with staying in December. We do wish the pool could have been a little warmer but owner communicated that weather may be a factor for that. Access to the properties golf cart was great especially since we did not rent a car. And plenty of room for beach equipment. Overall had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again in the future.

We had a great time during our stay at Sagar! Beautiful home and great amenities were perfect! Our stay was only a short 2 days but packed full of fun! We will definitely be back but will probably stay a minimum of 4 days next go around. Thank you again!

Vacay review

Our family had a great! The few hiccups we did have the team provided great communication on sending a handyman. The pool and golf cart were great additions to the home. I would suggest adding small dressers to the bedrooms to allow guest to unpack their belongings and not live out of a suitcase for the duration of their stay.

This is a great house. Laid out nicely. Great kitchen. Double vanity in main. Pool is enough in itself, but add golf cart, private beach & setup, proximity to bike and walking path on scenic 98 & beaches and this is the ultimate vacation experience. Oh add lots of streaming movies

AMAZING RENTAL

The stay was absolutely amazing. Extremely clean and organized. The best thing was the communication with the property manager. I would have the smallest question and would get a response within 10-15 minutes or less! Was very responsive which was perfect. Very accommodating as well. House had recommendations for dinners, brunches, activities, nothing but positive things about this property! Would recommend to anyone who goes to Destin!

Perfect location and host

Host went above and beyond to have the house welcoming and beach accessories available and all you would need for kids, (bikes, crib, high chair, toys). Great communitication and location. Only issue which is not the hosts fault was common issues with several other residents as well that the keypad entry for the neighborhood would not work sometimes (not enough of a hassle to deter future visits). Great place to vacation

The location of this home is perfect if you prefer to not stay on the beach. Golf cart was great as well as the heated pool! The owner was very kind and responsive. There was an issue with the pool heater and she refunded me the fees I paid and sent us a little treat! The only negative I have to say is that the place needs updating. The couch is very uncomfortable and my husband and I were not even able to sit on it together. There are two small chairs in the LR too. I own a VRBO and you have to spend money to make money. The place was overpriced for the shape it is in. Great location and amenities, just looks rough.

Excellent location and lots of extras for the price!!!

The property is a basic home, sparsely decorated/furnished with everything you need and nothing you really don’t. Fantastic friendly neighborhood that’s quiet, peaceful and so close to the beach, dining and sunshine filled walks out drives along Scenic 98!! The addition of the hot tub, pool and golf cart and bikes cannot be beat for the rental fee. The backyard is lovely and kept our little guys safe while outdoors. We visit the area often with plans to one day stay forever but Miramar Beach was a new area to us and we fell in love. We normally travel with 2-6 of our grandkids and this home will definitely stay in our radar for future visits with them. Thank you to management for the excellent communication.

July 4th Review

Our stay was overall very great at this property! There was some trash missed in the backyard, but nothing we couldn't handle tossing out. Communication between the manager and myself was awesome! We always knew when pool cleaner, lawn care, and trash was because they did great to notify us at least a day in advance. Check in was so easy! The golf cart is worth it for sure!! It made getting around town much easier (traffic is pretty intense in this area). We loved being so close to the ocean and restaurants. Our small issue was with the automatic lights in the bathrooms - you couldn't take a 10 minute shower without the lights turning off on you at least once and then you'd have to stick your hand out of the shower to get it to come back on. Minor, but pretty annoying when 8 people are trying to shower for a week. The listing claims the backyard security camera would be turned off during our stay, but the motion blue light kept turning on while we were back there. That is something that just didn't feel right, but at the end of the day did not effect our wonderful vacation. Pool was clean and we enjoyed just relaxing out back. Wish the furniture was a little nicer out back - the one couch was pretty dirty and covered in ants - maybe non cushioned furniture would fair better in the elements as well. Again - nit picking on these things. We were all very happy with this property!! Thank you!

This was the most rewarding stay. The house was in a very quiet, gated residential community located right between the Scenic Beach Hwy and the very busy Hwy 98. The golf cart, which is worth over 100/day, took us to the beach, eating, souvenir shops, outlet mall, a large grocery store, Destin Commons, Walmart, and for daily rides up and down Beach Boulevard. The swimming pool was extremely warm and comfortable as was the hot tub. There were numerous pool floaties and beach and sand toys that were perfect for 2 and 4 yr olds, as well as for adults. The air pump also saved lots of human energy. The beach was gorgeous and the sand was so white and sugary. There are no seashells in this area. We did have a bit of stress with the TV as we are not used to just streaming, but figured it out. Wifi was great. When we contacted the hosts for the pool light out, and the hot tub dirty, Ikigai and Celeste, our hosts, immediately responded. The kitchen provided all the tools for cooking for 8. We would love to go back, but family said we have to try other places in the U.S. So comfortable and convenient, the best!!!!!

The house was in a great neighborhood, and a short walk to the beach. The layout was nice for our family. The pool was cool so I would suggest you have the heat turned on if you are going this time of the year. Our weather was great every day so that made our trip extra fun! I would stay there again.

Good place to stay

It is a nice to stay with your family because it is big and has a lot of room for a lot of people and it’s not far from the beach and the kids love the pool

Great family vacation

We had a fantastic stay. My family (9 of us) rented the house for a 7 day vacation and it was fantastic. The house was clean and nice and the beds were comfortable. The pool was a great feature for the kiddos when they were done with the beach, plus the pool wasn't super deep so I didn't have to worry. I loved the beach trolly with chairs and a cooler, so convenient. Our only complaint about the entire stay was how hot the house was when we first got there because it took a while to cool down. However the overall stay was wonderful and our property manager was excellent and efficient with any need we had. I highly recommend this for your family vacation.

We had a wonderful time. Thank you for helping my are seniors trip one to remember

The property was exactly as listed. Only thing I wouldn’t changed was maybe more toilet paper, would’ve preferred some bicycles and I’d be nice if they could come up with a place to take unwanted, unopened food. Our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend
