Fantastic house for our vacation. House was very clean. Had everything we needed. Neighborhood was in a nice area. Views were amazing. Everyone had a great vacation. Highly recommend this rental.

This is a beautiful home with spectacular views and plenty of space for six adults to be together without feeling cramped. What we loved:The pool, hot tub/spa and outside grottoThe short walk or drive to Holmes BeachWatching the manatees right off our dock The wonderful view of the Skyway bridgeWhat we didn’t love:Packing up to leave We hope to stay here again!

Hurricane Debby Vaca!

We started with Hurricane Debby but ended up with a gorgeous week! The house was amazing to just hang out in during the storm. So much space and open living room and kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful Stay!

Our family enjoyed a week’s stay! Amazing views, amenities, and location! The house was amazing with the master suite upstairs. All levels of the home have awesome views of the bay with shade throughout the day. The home was clean, well kept, and inviting. We enjoyed the water side pool and hot tub! The outdoor area is amazing with an outdoor TV, plenty of seating, and shade! The house has a beach access 3-5 blocks away which makes this place even nicer! We plan on coming back next year! Book and you will enjoy!

Awesome property

We were in awe of the manatees that swam by daily & even had a dolphin swim by. Great location for bike & kayaking, these were delivered right to the house. Enjoyed movie nights on the lanai. Close to the beach & grocery store. It was a wonderful week!

A pleasant stay for all with no issues. Great fishing off the dock. We were visited by manatees most days. A heron and egret would spend the entire day with us. Will definitely return.

***Amazing***

This house is amazing! We had six people total staying in the house and there was more than enough room! We cooked almost the entire seven days. We were there plenty of space in the kitchen and cooking items. The outdoor space is phenomenal and the views are fantastic! The boat ramp was perfect for our 24 foot boat even with low tides! I would recommend this place to anyone well worth every dime we spent

It was fine. View is outstanding. Not as clean as would have liked. Floors were dirty. No fitted sheet on double bed and it took two days to get one! Elevator was very handy due to older people staying there. Cleaning people arrived at 9:15 and stood outside....felt very rushed. Would not, though, stay here again.

Amazing vacation!

This house was amazing! We brought our boat, so having it right there was awesome. It is very shallow around that end of the bay but once you figure out the way to the channel you're good. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. In fact I wish I had known everything it had: beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, pool toys. The only things it was missing were a muffin pan and a pitcher. The view is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet. It's a short walk to the beach. We saw manatees in the canal right by the dock. We saw dolphins out in the bay while boating. We had such a great time! Thank you so much for sharing this paradise with us!

It is indeed a wonderful experience for people of all ages. We try to keep up with all the extras a home provides, but sometimes previous guests do make purchases of items like bicycles and beach toys and leave them behind for subsequent guests to enjoy. We don’t necessarily know about each of these items, but we’re glad they were for you to enjoy. Because guest comfort and satisfaction is our primary objective, a quick call to our office with a request for any needed kitchen basics, we would have been happy to provide. Next time, please let us know of any needs you have. We thank you again for your feedback and are so glad that you enjoyed the home and all the beauty that Anna Maria Island offers.

Little piece of paradise (Just bring your own pillows)

What a beautiful property! We couldn't have picked a better house for our first visit. The rooms were large, and view of the bay was spectacular. The manatees provided us a show every night in the bay, and even saw a couple of dolphins. We were able to fish off of the dock as well. The pool was a great size, with a hot tub (which wasn't warm). The only thing that could have made this better, was if the house had better pillows - the ones provided were cracker thin, which made us all a little stiff throughout the stay. (Beds were comfortable) You may want to bring your own pillows (or rental agency may want to think about upgrading). There is an elevator in the house, which was quite convenient especially when it came to groceries. On our drive to AMI, we made our grocery list, and ordered on-line, which Publix delivered to our door. SUPERB!! We also rented a golf cart for the week, which is a must! We spent countless hours sightseeing throughout the entire island. It was nice to have the ocean breeze during our rides, especially on our night rides. AMI has beautiful sunsets, which we enjoyed every night. We will definitely come back and stay at this property again. We did receive a call one day, stating someone was supposed to come and replace a ceiling fan - no one ever showed up. The guests in that bedroom had to put up with the noise from the fan, clicking all night/week long. Would have been nice to have a follow up call to see if the job was completed.

It should be noted that the pillows in the home have since been replaced. Our apologies regarding the replacement of the ceiling fan. The fan we were to install had a manufacturing defect and it had to be sent back. We did tried to reach you to let you know but were unable to make contact. We’re glad you enjoyed the home, and its amazing views and the frolicking dolphins and manatees. We hope to see you again on this beautiful island!

Incredible stay!

Our family of four had an incredible time vacationing here. The location was gorgeous. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the manatee swim by. We also spotted dolphin. The outdoor area was great for dinner every night and a nice spot to listen to the rain. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperature. Gorgeous views from the master and kitchen. We can’t wait to be back!

A Piece of Paradise

The house is beautiful. I believe the pictures don’t do the place justice. The beach is about 3 blocks away. The pool was always warm and clean. We would definitely recommended it and we love to go back soon. Nella.

Beautiful!

This was one of the best trips we’ve ever taken as a family. The house has a beautiful view, nice pool area, perfect location for paddle boarding on the canal and a very short walk to the beach, manatee visits etc. it was clean and had everything we wanted. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Awesome house, but Hot tub isn't really hot.

We had a GREAT 2 weeks in this house! The house has plenty of space and it was just lovely sitting on the balcony or at the patio by the pool...kayaks we rented were easy to get in and out on the dock....we had a problem with the Wifi, just reset the router and it worked. The garbage disposal didn't work, and they sent someone over within hours to fix it, which was nice and the pool wasn't heated so someone came over to deal with that as well. The pool is connected to (same water) as the hot tub. In the listing it suggests there is a hot tub, but don't expect it to be hot. It is the same temperature as the pool. We expected a hot tub as we know it here in the midwest 99 degrees or higher, but because it is using the same water as the large pool area, it didn't ever get hot. Not a deal breaker, but I had expectations of hotter water and it was cool and rainy for most of trip, so it would have been nice to use it during our stay. Overall, the company was easy and great to work with and the house was lovely, very clean! Grocery store, the beach and the Catholic church all within walking distance, which we loved! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at Bayshores! My husband and I and our daughter’s family had a very relaxing week! It’s a very nice home with all you need to have a great stay. My husband and daughter fished from the private dock and enjoyed catching several different kinds of fish. We visited the beaches which are very close and very clean! The house has keypads for entry and made our late arrival easy for checking in as well as checking out, with no keys to turn in. The house was perfect for our stay!

Amazing place!

We cannot say enough about this spotlessly clean, beautiful home. Everything we could wish for: fantastic kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed to prepare all but one of our meals; wonderful bedrooms with the most comfortable bedding; beautiful pool and dock (complete with daily visits from the manatees!). We frequently walked to the beach which was only minutes away from the home. Another BIG plus: A great Publix was less than a mile away - woohoo!

Great location, House is good for families

The house is clean and provided a nice getaway in Holmes Beach. Very quiet, safe neighborhood. Walk/run to the beach. The hot tub and heated pool made our stay!
