With marine life décor in shades of green, the open living room is made up of a couch with plush pillows, matching armchairs, a TV and a sliding glass door to the balcony with outdoor seating. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with spacious countertops, white cabinets and appliances, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the glass dining table with seating for four and two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, a closet, a dresser, a TV and a sitting area. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, a tub/shower unit and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach.
