"Unleashed & Untied" is PET FRIENDLY, recently remodeled, and is complete with a private saltwater swimming pool and new floating boat dock! Located on a canal, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath coastal gem embraces the essence of the island....cozy, refreshed, redefined and meticulously maintained.
Comfortable, modern furniture and stylish beach décor welcome you from the time you step into this newly updated home! The living room/dining room and kitchen are spacious and bright, updated with modern lighting and ceiling fans, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, and new paint throughout. The chef in your life will thoroughly enjoy preparing gourmet meals in the updated kitchen, with new quartz countertops and beautiful aqua glass backsplashes, and new stainless steel appliances. Your family will love the convenience of both a Keurig and standard drip coffee makers. The dining table is large enough for the entire gang to gather together enjoying meal time or family game night.
Both of the bathrooms have been updated with new walk-in tiled showers, cabinets and counter tops. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen bed, ceiling fan, canal view with balcony access, and a full private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 offers 2 Twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, street side view, and shares the full hall bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 offers a Queen bed, ceiling fan, street side view, and shares the full hall bath with walk-in shower. You will appreciate the convenience of the washer & dryer closet located outside.
You will have your toes in the sand in a matter of minutes using the public beach access, just steps away! After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the unique, enclosed outdoor shower located underneath the house. Take your meals outdoors for poolside dining, in the shaded area underneath the house, complete with ceiling fans and outdoor lighting for your comfortable enjoyment. Enjoy a dip in the private saltwater pool, with new PVC decking, or lounge in the sun...poolside. You will appreciate the new aluminum floating boat dock and gangway (boat lift is not available for guests use), with quick & convenient boating access to the Intracoastal Waterway. Additional Fees will apply for more than one dog. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.
Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals
