Condo is in an excellent location. Close to Rio Grand trail to walk/bike on. 1.2 miles to downtown Carbondale. 20 minutes to Glenwood Springs. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in showers good. Very clean!!! A few things to consider when traveling and some comments to owner/manager. Note the stairs to the bedrooms if you have a lot of luggage. Entrance is also small if you have lots of people putting on shoes or storing coats and accessories. There is only 1 TV. Would be nice to have a TV above fireplace so children can watch a movie with dinner/breakfast (movie night). Also, would allow others in unit to sleep without TV noise. Kitchen needs to have more glasses. There were only 4 that could hold more than 8 ounces of water. Including a sponge for dishes and aluminum foil would be helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this Carbondale condo. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a great week. The space was clean, thoughtfully set up, and felt like an easy place to relax after full days out and about.The view of Mt. Sopris was a real highlight, and the location couldn’t have been better - convenient to town and perfect for visiting family in the area. We also loved that bicycles were available for guests, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings.Overall, this condo was a great home base for our stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the Carbondale area.

Mountain Fair 52

Condo was great and we loved the views of Sopris and Red Hill. We were able to enjoy Mountain Fair, whitewater rafting, rodeo, cycling, hiking, and super fun Carbondale.

This is a beautiful property with a great location. Close to walking trail and river. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the spectacular views. Elevator available if you don’t want to take the stairs, we did both. Close to Glenwood Springs! I would highly recommend! Clean and spacious! We had a fabulous stay! Thank you!

House hunting

We were in town looking at real estate. This was a perfect location to access the valley. We enjoyed exploring Carbondale as well with its cute Main Street and great restaurants. The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view of Mt Sopris! Condo is well appointed and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and taking in the beautiful view each night.

Nice and modern

You really only need to bring yourself, clothes, and food. Great place, the only reason I didn’t rate it as a 5 was because there is really nothing for kids walking distance. But there is plenty within a 5 min drive. I would stay again.
