The house was great! Set up for larger groups with plenty of space for all. Bedroom to bathroom ratio was good with multiple living spaces to allow for people to spread out. The host was very responsive and everything was as presented on the VRBO website.
Our group of 7 had a blast staying at Alâs! The house is cozy and huge, the location could not be better, and Al was responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked for large groups and the house was cozy. Weâll look for this house first next time we come to skiâ would not change a thing!
This property is slightly outdated, but the positives outweigh that completely. You can't beat the location and the size of the house. We had our annual ski trip here and plan to be back! Town lift and downtown is a short 6 minute walk. Highly recommend.
The 12 adults had a good time in the house. It was fine for us and it is in need of updating. There are not a lot of options for a house this big with this good of a location so it served us well. While it is clean it seems to be stuck in the 70âs. The owner was attentive and care taker across the street was helpful. I would stay here again.
Perfect layout with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 2 families with a grandparent, plenty of room to spread out. Al (the host) was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Nice walk to mountain base for skiing but store your equipment at the base!
The location is great, house is huge, owner is responsive, and the house is âcleanâ and maintained. The pictures are accurate- everything is from the 80s- But itâs solid. We had 3 families with 5 teenagers. We were able to get the right sleeping arrangements and enough hot water for all. We would rent again.
Everything went very smoothly. Al was very helpful when we were trying to decide if it would work for our group. When we arrived it was easy to get in. The place was very clean. The kitchen had all the things we needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable. We all thought it was nicer than the pictures that we had looked at. We found it easier to drive to a free parking lot near the payday lift while skiing. We also drove to old historic Park City. But we could have walked. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing. None of us (10) had any complaints! And that is impressive! Thanks!
As stated the place needs a renovation. But was very comfortable and clean. When booking I received marching orders from the non skiing wives that they wanted to walk to town. I was pleasantly surprised to find a house that fit all ten of us in our price range right off Main Street. (With a small room leftover). We walked to Town Lift and restaurants. Kitchen/living room worked great for breakfast, apres, and Super Bowl party.
Just a slight hiccup gaining access( we received old info). Owner very responsive to small problems with smoke detector and garage door. A couple of weird bugs getting in by the windows only real complaint.
So this place is a blast from the 80's. THe prints throughout are from the 80's the last time a piece of furniture was added or changed was probably the 80's...but you know what? The description and pictures are accurate. it's a bit of a well maintained dump and we cant wait to rent it again. My buddy and our teens loved it. I dont think my buddy swife....who likes the finer things...would have liked this place but we loved it. Why you ask? SPACE!! There is so much space in here. Three levels tons of privacy. THis place is great unless you are a snob then you wont like it. Walk to town, walk to the lift, the hottub was HOT and working and the dude was responsive. Great place if you are here to SKI and SNOWBOARD. If you are looking to host a wine tasting this is not your place. Book it.
Property is just as advertisedâŠdated and worn but great deal for large number of people. Walkable to liftâŠ3 or 4 blocks. Good hot tub. Property manager was extremely attentive to all requests/issues.
Location was perfect. Right between both the town lift and the mountain village. There are really 5 bedrooms with doors and one loft bedroom that is good for parents with younger kids.
The house is in an excellent location. It is less than 10 minutes walk to either the mountain base lift, or the Town lift and Main Street. The park and library are less than a block away, with sledding available which was great for the young children in our group.
The layout is very good for a large group, as there is a completely separate master suite and additional bedroom upstairs, and the basement has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a seating area, so there was space for the adults to congregate after the children were in bed.
Al was very accomodating when FedEx delivered our ski gear 4 days ahead of schedule, and was easy to talk to.
Definitely recommend for large families or groups
Property was just as advertised. Perfect size for our group. Nothing pretentious. Easy communication with the owner and property manager. Made for an easy family ski trip!
We really enjoyed the space. The living room and kitchen were great to hang out in. Lots of separate rooms which we liked. The hot tub is a good size. And itâs definitely walking distance to the ski slopes. We could also walk to a bunch of restaurants.
Lots of room to spread out - a great property for a large group who wants their own space (bedrooms, bathrooms, sitting areas, etc). Furnishing is dated but beds seemed new and good quality. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, etc. Good appliances. I would definitely rent again - checks all the boxes!
Our daughter in Denver was unable to join us because of Covid restrictions (School-Teacher). This 3 story home would have accommodated her family of 5. 10 minutes from in-town ski lift and 5 minutes from nearby sledding for kids. Hot tub and fire places were nice. We would of preferred a larger grill for cooking outdoors. I would book this property again.

Perfectly located for skiers and non-skiers. The house accommodated our party of eleven very well. Three levels allowed for spreading out. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.
Located across the street is the famous Shop Yoga Studio and three doors from the Park City Public Library. Miner's Park is one block away with such activities as a skateboard park, volleyball courts, children's playground, baseball/soccer fields and tennis courts.
