Once parked, Walk to all the Village has to offer. Beach is about a 10 min walk as well. Look for the Trolley in front of Morton's Market...comes every 30 minutes and will take you up and down the key for FREE!

To help you get settled, we provide a limited supply of essential starter items upon arrival. These are intended to get you through the first few days and may not last for the duration of your stay,.

Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*.
- Smart TV system does not offer paid account services. Guest must use their account information to access.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Pool/Spa Heat: Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
-This unit is part of a Duplex. You are renting the first floor.
-Pool is shared between BOTH units.
-Snorkeling gear is not available this time.
-Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 6am. No loud noise, music, etc during these hours.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Location could not be better, whether being close to bars, dining, beach, and grocery or quiet seclusion at the pool, this place has it all.

The location is excellent. The condo needs some repairs. The pull out couch is not comfortable at all but overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the location, but the house needs some attention. Between the dirty pool, broken beach chairs, cracked and loose kitchen floor tiles, and broken screened in porch door, we were a bit disappointed. The common area furniture was nice/comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The washer and dryer worked well. Overall, our time at the property was enjoyable.

Overall great stay!

Great location and nice property! Appreciated flexibility with check in and ease of gaining access. Could have been a little more clean (sand on floor mostly) but would stay again at this or the neighboring properties by this company.

Fantastic property in a great location!We had the pool to ourselves because nobody was downstairs. The pool is really clean and beautiful. Had all the necessities.Only thing is, we pretty much ran out of toilet paper, so not enough extra rolls. Truly a five minute walk to the beach and literally steps away from all the restaurants, bars and markets.And stores. Nice decor comfy beds. Loved it!!

We were happy with our property and location. We did find it very inconvenient to be without water for 5 and a half hours in the middle of the day on Tuesday. We did not know about this until a mainteneance man knocked on our door. Overall a great trip.

Great location!!!!

Super cute and a great size unit. We were 2 people (mother and daughter) although a bigger group could fit nicely. Prime location in the center of it all
 easy walk to the village restaurants and stores, and only 5 minutes to the beach. We appreciated the beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The unit itself could use some modernizing and repairs but overall a great place to stay!!

Great Vacation Spot!

My family of 6 (4 adult children) stayed in this lovely unit in Siesta Key. We LOVED the location...just one block away from food and fun. The beach was a short walk away. We used the pool and the condo had everything we needed for our stay! I would 100% book here again!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and in a great location that was around the corner from everything Siesta Key Village has to offer. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive with any questions. The shared pool was a great way to beat the afternoon heat.

Amazing property and location

This is our second year staying here and we loved it even more! The walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store cannot be beat! The pool and outside area is clean, easy to access and warm. The unit is so clean and the perfect layout for a beach vacation! We couldn’t love a place more!

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be in the center of the village so you didn't have to search for a parking spot. It was noisy at night but the kids slept through it. All in all it was nice! It was cold out so the beach walks were not as fun but it was a close walk. I loved having a washer and dryer.

Great location, great place and very responsive.

We went for a spring break getaway and the place was perfect. The location was so great we didn’t need to move the car once the entire time. Exactly as described, great comfy beds and very clean and well appointed. We had a minor need and the hosts responded quickly and rectified the matter right away. 5 stars.
