There was no proper direction in getting into the building for example where the elevators are located. The condo itself was just like the photos showed and the view was phenomenal. The negatives are there were no condiments basic stuff like salt pepper, tea or coffee a few packets would have been so welcome coming off a flight and a days travel.

The only issue we had during our trip was it seemed like the AC could not keep up. It was set on 70 and the lowest the temperature would go was 71. That was keeping all curtains closed at all times and the ceiling fans going. Other than that, the condo was great! We had a great time. and Felt very safe being that it was just 3 women on our trip.

Condo was perfect for our beach getaway. To wake up every morning looking at the Gulf was beautiful. The balcony is where I spent most of my time when not on the beach, reading, drinking my morning coffee and sipping my evening wine. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Definitely plan your basic shopping essentials to include salt, pepper, sugar and paper products they were not supplied. Overall, perfect vacation!!

Loved everything about this condo...clean, as listed , easy to access and nearby attractions without being inundated with traffic and people during peak holiday season. What's not to love. Communication with unit staff/owner prior to arrival was lacking and not easy to get questions answered, but i do have to give a HUGE shout out to onsite staff member Bryson(spelling ?) He was super helpful and took care all my questions on local area stuff. He takes great care of the property and is super friendly. Thank you sir.

The condo is in a very quiet building and unlike other properties in FL, we never had to wait on the elevator. The pictures show the unit just as it is, however the carpet is stained and worn in some spots. The views of the beach are great and it is almost like sleeping on the beach in the primary bedroom with the curtains open. This is where the issue is though. The bed in the primary is miserable. It is as if the mattress has a valley in the middle of it and you can't escape it. You try to get to the side of the bed where it may be level, but that valley just keeps sucking you back in. If not for the mattress we would give it 5 stars. Quiet location, close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores for shopping and dining, and great views of the Gulf, but that mattress has to go. Communication was great, if not a little excessive, but they answered us within an hour with a maintenance issue in the master bath.

Great condo

This condo was perfect for my family of 5. Very clean, kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need. Loved the full-size washer and dryer. Perdido Key is a great getaway. We stayed in early to mid-August and the beach was never crowded. The pool is a good size and was shaded from 2:30 on so it was a good break from direct sun on the beach. We used the tennis courts to play pickleball with our kiddos. The only recommendation is a new mattress in the master bedroom. It was uncomfortable with the pillow top mattress so we removed it. It was way too soft. We would definitely stay here again! Everything was close and convenient.
