Sip your morning coffee in the decked sunroom, relax on the cozy lounge watching Netflix, cook in the gorgeous kitchen, then wake feeling refreshed with luxe memory foam beds and two sparkling, modern bathrooms.
Stay just one block from the popular San Marco Ave with its boutique shopping and delicious eats and less than a short 20 minute walk to the historic Downtown area.
The Space:
Make your way up the stairs to your own private entrance where you can check yourself in using the easy, keyless lock.
Step inside and be greeted with a beautifully resorted flat that gives you all the creature comforts of a modern home while retaining the historic charm that this city is known for.
Relax in the bright, open living space on the inviting sofa and two stylish armchairs while you watch all the latest blockbusters on the TV with complimentary access to Netflix. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable queen memory foam bed for an additional two guests.
Step through into the gourmet kitchen that comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz benchtops and everything you need to cook up all your favorite meals. There is a full size fridge/freezer, an oven and cooktop, a built in microwave, dishwasher and a Kuerig coffee station to get your day started right.
Eat, work or keep the chef company up at the breakfast bar with two stools or open up the French doors and step out into the warm, decked sunroom overlooking the neighborhood with a dining table set for four and a chic outdoor style lounge, perfect for pre-dinner drinks.

The historic Downtown area is just a short 4 minute drive or a lovely 20 minute walk through the charming neighborhoods.
Take a ride on the Old Town Trolley (only a few minute walk to the nearest stop) to see everything the city has to offer before stopping in for drinks at The Tini Martini Bar overlooking the water â the perfect way to end each day in the Oldest City.

The flat is located right in the heart of Uptown St Augustine just a few minutesâ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries from pizza to fine dining â such as the beautiful Raintree Restaurant (a 3 minute walk away) and the delicious Luliâs cupcakes (5 min walk).
Head south along San Marco Ave where you will find all sorts of innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops selling everything from furniture to flowers, books, ice cream, cupcakes, art and then wind up in the downtown Historic District (20 min walk) which is a whole other adventure.
Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District.
