Relax in a "true" downtown! the property is located 1 block from the historic square of Ellijay. Appreciate a 10 ft ceilings, open layout, gourmet kitchen and modern amenities inside an older home.
Imagine after a day of enjoying nearby outdoor activities or wineries, you can come back to a quiet home with a large porch and yard. In less than a 1 minute walk you can be in any of the incredible restaurants, shops, bars, spa, yoga studio, juice shop, and awesome coffee shops that Ellijay offers!
DESCRIPTION:
The house is nestled in a quiet street.
There are 3 bedrooms:
1) Main level primary bedroom : King bed, TV, primary bathroom and walk in closet attached.
2) Main level secondary bedroom : King bed, TV. Note: bathroom is in the hallway.
3) Attic loft bedroom: 2 Queen beds, TV and bathroom attached.
Please note that we limit the overnight capacity of the house to 6 guests, no exception.
Other areas of the property include:
- Large Gourmet Kitchen: with Designer 6 burner gas stove, luxury farm sink, and retro luxury Big Chill refrigerator box. The kitchen is fully equipped.
- Dining area: 6 persons table and chairs.
- Living room: with sofa, lounge chairs and 65" smart TV.
- Large front porch: with 2 rocking chairs, large bed swing, and 4 person bistro table.
- Small covered back porch: with 2 chairs and a 40" smart TV.
- Back wood deck: with table for 6, and propane gas grill (#1 rated Weber brand)
- Laundry room with premium front loaded washer and dryer.
- Large fenced in backyard: Fire Pit with Adirondack chairs and picnic table.
Electronic:
- Large NEW 55" smart TV in every bedroom
- Large NEW 65" TV in living room
- Large NEW 44' TV in the covered back patio room.
- NEW high-end sound bar plus subwoofer in EVERY bedroom and also in living room and . (play music to the sound bars from your phone with Bluetooth).
- Ultra high speed internet service provided: 3 WIFI signal boosters located throughout the house to insure good signal in all bedrooms of the house as well as the front porch and backyard patio.
- Experience modern entertainment during your stay with high-speed internet. While we do NOT offer cable TV, you can stream your favorite shows and movies on platforms like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video using your personal accounts.
And also for your comfort:
- High quality mattresses and pillows in each bedroom.
- Luxury cotton linens and towels.
- Soap, shampoo, cotton, ...etc provided.
- Keurig coffee with k-cups (we provide a starter kit), kettle, and french press.
Please note the following:
- Safety: Exterior monitored by 2 security cameras at front door and backyard door (no interior cameras).
- Maximum capacity: 6 persons. The house is designed to accommodate comfortably 6 guests, we won't allow extra overnight guests.
- Kids: must be under adults supervision at all time during their stay.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets: if you want to bring a dog, it must be pre-approved by us before booking. Please add the dog to your booking request, and provide the following information:
- Type of dog and weight
- Confirm if your dog is a non- shedding dog, is housebroken, won't sleep on the beds, won't go on furnitures, and will not be left alone in the house except if crated.
Our criteria for allowing a Pet in our property are:
- One dog per stay (no multiple dogs, and no cats)
- Must be less than 25lbs
- Must be a non- shedding dog.
- Must be housebroken
- Will not sleep on beds, and don't go on furnitures,
- Will not be left alone in the house except if crated.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The historic city of Ellijay is a true gem with year round activities (hiking, wineries, apple picking, festivals, etc..) and offers a refreshing change of pace from the stresses of life. Atlanta is just a 1 hour drive away too! We fell in love with Ellijay. We decided to buy in downtown Ellijay because after an awesome day you can avoid the hassle of driving and walk to many shops, cafes, juice shops, restaurants, and more!!
