Tropic Isle HOA has concrete work scheduled to begin September 8th and will take roughly three weeks, if no delays. This will include column and wall repair/recoating. There should be minimal disruption, but a few parking spaces will be blocked for equipment.

I booked this condo for my parents and they loved it, they enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and said it was the cutest place! Everyone there was so friendly to them and they didn't complain about anything. The balcony light and master bedroom lights didn't work but they said they didn't mind they loved everything about the condo

Grate place. Clean and a beautiful ocean front view.

Very clean and roomy. Nice furniture and a great water front view from the balcony. Kitchen was set up nicely along with the living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and set up nicely as well. I will be stay there again.

Tropic Isles 401

Very nice property on the beach. Central to a lot of the restaurants. Make sure you bring your own beach towels as none are provided. All units have a gulf side balcony. Would recommend this unit.
