Three bedroom, two bath oceanfront and oceanside condos. Comes equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air and more. Elevator. No pets, please.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean and well-equipped

Everything was great here. Clean, updated, quiet, beach access, parking, appliances, tech, check in/out all great! Would stay again. Note: Master bedroom and bedroom 2 have full beds, not queen. Not comfortable for two if not petite. 3rd bedroom has two smaller beds which is good for kids.

Clean and well-equipped.

Overall, this was a very nice experience for my family of four. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and up-to-date. Extremely easy to unload and load luggage. Parking a breeze with clearly marked spaces (two of them)! Private and public beach access right there within a couple hundred feet of your doorstep. All appliances are well-maintained and fully operational. Checking in and out at the office was probably the easiest I’ve ever experienced. The only complaint we have is that there are no queen beds at this unit. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both contain what I think is a full bed. It was very uncomfortable with two of us in the bed. We had just come from a hotel with a queen in which we slept comfortably. Plenty of room for upgrade to larger beds. I suggest kings in these two rooms. The two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom were perfect for our two kids. This room needs a tv though. Kids these days, y’know?

OK for the money but could have been better

Overall a good stay. Bath tubs need updated badly. They were stained and broken. The comforters could also use updated, also stained. The place was at a great location which is what drew us to the property. We also had an issue with the code we were given to access the outdoor shower area. We contacted the company and it was never addressed after a few attempts. A bit disappointing. Again, overall it was a good experience. We would've just expected more from a quality perspective.

Location is great but House needs updated

The location is great. This was our 3rd time there but every year it has gotten worse. The dishes were dirty when we arrived. The dryer barely works, you have to run it @ 3 full cycles to get your clothing dried. There is paint peeling in the bathrooms that needs to be swept up constantly. There is mold in the shower and all over the shower curtains. The dishwasher works minimally. The shower heads holes are clogged so water barley comes out of the heads. The appliances are old. And the hallway light was not working. The positive is that it is convenient to the beach and the 1st floor is awesome. It is also very nice to have a 3 bedroom house for our family of six. Just wish they would do some major updating. Will not stay there again unless there are updates.

Great Location Clean Property

Easy check in process and quickly unpacked in the spacious bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were pristine. A short walk to the beach and we were swimming on the first night. We parked our car in the parking garage and it stayed cool and secure. We utilized the outside hose to clean ourselves from the sand after the beach and could walk across the street to the Dough Roller to enjoy a nice family dinner.

Great location, check in could improve

Overall the place was great, exactly as the pictures, literal steps from the beach!! There was some confusion about check in and communication could definitely be better. Also the one of the bathrooms was not cleaned well, there was remnants of something pink and chunky on the floor and there was a sickly sweet odor in there. If I had to guess, I’d say someone got sick and only partially cleaned up. Other than those two things, the place was amazing.
