Beautiful 8th Floor End Unit at Crystal Shores West! WOW look at the view!

The Association Management has scheduled Breezeway Rail Refurbishment and Balcony Rail Refurbishment. Crews will be working in the breezeways, so we kindly ask renters to please be cautious of the workers. This stage of work will not impede rentals. Balconies will be closed during the balcony rail refurbishment. That is scheduled for 11/1-11/7 (weather permitting). Guests will not be able to access the balconies during that time.
Crystal Shores West 801 is professionally managed by Sunset Properties.

This fantastic 3-bedroom 3 bath sets directly on the beach and is a corner unit with amazing views for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation on the balcony. Extensive amenities include game room with pool tables; exercise room facing the Gulf; beautiful outdoor pool; hot tub; indoor swim-through pool; and sauna.

It is beautifully decorated with views from every room, including a view of the lagoon. Includes a full kitchen with everything you need to cook for the family. Very comfortable and spacious living and dining area and all bedrooms include large flat screen HD TVs. It boasts a spacious floor plan with the dining and living room flowing together for optimal family gathering. There's even a full size washer and dryer.

*Parking passes are required for a fee. Two vehicle limit per condo. One pass is included with your reservation. Please let us know ahead of time if you need to purchase an additional pass.
**NO SMOKING ON THE BALCONY. There is a designated smoking area downstairs near the parking lot.

Units Owners need to get a Life

You may want to look at properties that are more family friendly. Several of the unit owners, felt the need to interrogate our family. One elderly woman even wanted us to go 2-3 miles down the beach. Reason being, we had a small canopy up for shade. There was No one behind us, No one even near but she felt the need to make her self clear. She even said, “you all will never want to come back here.” She’s right too…our yearly family vacation will be at a different location in the future.

Beautiful Condo

This property is a gorgeous corner unit with breathtaking views! The three bedrooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. We had lots of room to move around and to be all together.

TN TRAVELING

This condo has an enormous floor plan. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which we all appreciated. The location on the beach is incredible. We all enjoyed chilling on the corner balcony. We will be making this an annual tradition. Even more if possible.

Gulf Shores Beach Trip

The condo was beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. It was a wonderful & comfortable stay from the very beginning. The rental company was very attentive & easy to contact. I wish the condo came with the beach chair & umbrella rental, but that really didn't detract from the great visit. We'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent Room, poor elevator situation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved our room and everything about it. It was clean, cozy, and looked as good if not better than the pictures. The elevator situation was terrible. 2 elevators for the entire 14 floor building, 1 of which was constantly down because it was getting stuck. Weekend around check-in or check-out time took me 2 hours to get our baggage up to our room/down to our car. Weekdays it would sometimes take 15 or 20 minutes just to get a elevator with room on it. I don't fault the room at all for this so it's still getting 5 stars, just a forewarning to anyone who might be staying.

Wonderful stay❤️

We stayed on the 8th floor corner condo. Our balcony was amazing. I loved the seating out there. Spent a lot of time listening to the waves. We had 4 adults, a teen and a 6 year old. We did not lack space. Everything was beautiful. I’d love to stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful week!!
