Enjoy downtown St.Petersburg and Vinoy Beach, in our cozy beach-chic decorated efficiency unit. Literally, on Beach Dr, this quaint little stay is right near all of the action. 7 blocks east of all of the hottest bars and restaurants in St.Petersburg. 1 block north from Vinoy Beach / Vinoy Park (Easy walk to the beach). King-size bed, high-quality flooring, and decorations. The unit is perfect for a single or couple wanting to explore St.Pete. Please read "The Space" paragraph below.

Clean cozy space, fully furnished, wifi for Netflix, and cable TV. The cable TV is actually a Spectrum TV App on the TV that you need to use to access basic cable instruction, so there is no cable box. Parking only in front, on the street. There are 2 spots in the front. The unit itself has an incredible location but is only about 350 square feet. This affordable unit is only 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. There is no kitchen. There is a walkway/closet area that connects the bedroom to the bathroom that has a microwave and some dishware & coffee maker for you to use. Perfect for shorter stays. The bathroom is fully functional but has a vintage mid-century feel and hot water takes a few minutes to arrive. In general, the unit is extremely nice and is perfect to explore St.Pete. Smell the fresh crisp Gulf Breeze roll in the morning and enjoy a coffee looking over the beach it's just one block away. The location could not be much better.

Guests have the entire space to themselves. This is a multi-unit attached dwelling but each unit is private.

One block away from Vinoy Park Beach, and a few blocks away from downtown St.Petersburg, the neighborhood is in the gorgeous historic district with unique bungalows and old trees. So much to see and do in this area.

Uber, Lyft, and public transport are all readily available!

- This unit does not have a real kitchen, it is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. It does, however, have a small fridge and a microwave, but no other major appliances. There is no kitchen sink, only the bathroom sink.
- Pets are not allowed.
This is a quiet residential area. I expect my guests to respect the neighbors. The "golden" rule applies peeps :)

-Please no music after 9 pm.
-No loud guests or disruptive behavior.
-Smoking is permitted only outside the front of the main house. No Smoking or vaping inside please: )
-No open flames please! (Candles, incense, lighters, etc)
-No illegal activity or substances of any kind on the property.
-No parties
-For the comfort and security of our guests and residents, only registered guests are permitted on the property. ** Please enter all guests names on the reservation**
-Please do not use ANY spray tan products while on the premises. They stain the walls, shower, and sheets.
-No eating or food in beds, please! This brings in unwanted guests: )
-If you do not follow check-out time there will be an additional fee: $30.
