The lower level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a large TV mounted above the cozy modern fireplace. The living room also features a premium American Leather twin bed pullout option for additional sleeping. In-unit laundry and master king suite equipped with a private bath complete the main level. The master suite also doubles as an office as there is a desk in the bedroom, as well.

The exposed metal stairway grants access to the penthouse’s second level which features a lofted reading area. Pass through the upstairs loft to gain entry to the junior master bedroom with a large closet, HDTV with streaming & cable, and alpine views from the comfort of your bed. Step into the custom hand-crafted bunk room with a queen size bed on the bottom, a twin bed on top, a large closet, and a desk area to work from home.
