Veuillez noter que je ne réserve pas plus de 2 mois à l'avance et qu'il y a un min de 4 nuits. Cependant, si vous voyez un écart de 3 nuits, je serais heureux de vous accueillir pour 3 nuits. Ceci est l'une des deux locations de vacances sur cette propriété. C'est un endroit idéal pour visiter des amis à Santa Barbara ou amener votre enfant à visiter UCSB. Calme, privé 1 chambre avec salle de bain complète, vue de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur de la chambre. Entrée privée avec 2 ensembles de portes-fenêtres donnant sur votre propre terrasse privée et balcon avec une vue à distance de l'UCSB et le pic de l'océan d'un côté et une vue sur la montagne de l'autre côté. Les portes françaises ont des stores à l'intérieur des vitres. Il s'agit d'une nouvelle construction et la seule unité au deuxième niveau sans murs communs partagés. Meublé avec lit queen size, micro-ondes, cafetière, petit frigo, TV HD à écran plat 32 'avec TV directe et Internet haut débit.

We had a great stay here. It was very quiet with beautiful views. The property is beautiful, and the room was very clean. My only complaint is that I couldn’t find the exact shower head she has. We tried searching for it online, but no luck! That thing is awesome!! Chris is a great host, and we were lucky enough to find her rental.I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay in Santa Barbara

The host, Chris, made the check in process extremely easy and the personal welcome was a nice touch. The apartment was very clean and came furnished with everything we needed. The property is beautiful and well maintained, very safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara!

Cute and clean with a great view!

My partner and I were in SB for a work trip, and Chris’ place was exactly what we needed. Check in was a breeze, Chris was super friendly and communicative, and the unit was very clean and comfortable. We were traveling during a particularly hot and humid time, so the AC was much appreciated, and it was so nice to open up the windows and doors in the evening to let the breeze in. The property is gorgeous as well, lots of beautiful flowers and birds around. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thank you Chris!

Nice, clean place

Very clean, quiet and nice place in the foothills of SB a few minutes northeast of downtown/State Street. Owner is very communicative and helpful. I brought in dinner and ate on the patio (no real space to eat inside) two of the 5 nights I was there. Small but efficient fridge, coffee maker (I didn't use it) with a few utensils. With a bad back, I prefer a slightly firmer bed but I did sleep very well as it is very quiet. A/C and air circulator can cool the unit down at night during summer, but it was no better than mid-70s during the day with outside weather in the mid-to-high-80s. Nothing bad to report about this property!!

Beautiful Quiet Pacific Ocean View

Part of a nicely landscaped family home. Very comfortable room with private deck and entrance. Nice bath and shower. Big closet. Slept well and enjoyed the plethora of morning songbirds. Parking is easy and easily fits large vehicles. Directions for checking-in, checking-out and parking are very clear.

Perfect getaway

Booked 4 nights and enjoyed the stay very much! The hosts are amazing, made everything very simple and convenient. Their sweet husky dog was a nice surprise. The space was clean, comfortable and well kept. The location is just stunning, a beautiful property that is not far from anything you want/need to do in Santa Barbara or Goleta. The views from the property are amazing. Overall, a fairly perfect booking and stay. Great owners/hosts and we will dedinitely try to book again when we come back home to SB.

relaxing, comfortable stay up in the Santa Barbara hills

Coming home here at the end of the day is like walking into a peaceful, serene, verdant treehouse setting. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the rooftop patio doubles your space and is a wonderful setting for breakfast, sunbathing, cocktails and sunsets. The room is quite comfortable with ample seating.

Cozy, quiet, clean and wonderful

I stayed 16 nights in this little gem and it was just what I was looking for. Quiet, homey and Chris was super to deal with. I'll totally stay at one of Chris's properties again on future trips. Lacey the Husky was gorgeous as well, and allowed me to get a little doggie fix once in awhile.

Trip to see Son

Our main purpose for this trip was to see my son. The accommodations were the icing on the cake! Our room was cozy and provided everything we needed Plus an amazing view of Santa Barbara’s coastline and mountains. Chris has a green thumb which is reflected in the beautiful landscaping. Beautiful, private location

We loved this VRBO! Beautiful, quiet location on a stunning property in a gorgeous neighborhood up in the hills. North of 101 but easy access to UCSB and Santa Barabara! Very clean and spacious with tall ceilings, lots of light from several French doors and a fabulous large deck! Very comfortable bed too. We highly recommend this guest cottage.

Excellent communication

The room is cute and quaint, very comfortable, slightly larger than we were expecting. The property is phenomenal. Gorgeous views and landscaping. Chris was very accommodating as a host. She was very flexible when we had an issue with our car. She communicated well and responded quickly. She was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for a beautiful, restful and relaxing retreat, I recommend staying here.

My 11 year old and I enjoyed our stay in this quiet, very comfortable and clean rental unit. The owner was friendly and helpful. The sunny patio with a view of rolling hills and the ocean in the distance was wonderful.

Excellent rental in SB

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chris’s rental! She was a great host who gave very clear check in/check out instructions, wonderful recommendations on things to do in the area and places to eat, and was overall very friendly. Her rental was extremely clean, comfortable, and cozy! The neighborhood itself is also very nice and safe. Several mornings I was able to get up and go for a morning jog. The location was also super convenient to downtown and other areas to see. I hope to visit Santa Barbara again and I would absolutely book this rental for a future visit! I look forward to coming back!
