An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping with fishing, boating and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and more! World class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away! NOTE: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard.
